The car drives beautifully but maintenance/repair costs are staggering. I had 5 years of car payments of ~$9000 a year. During these first 5 years I only did oil changes and tires (whenever I hit one of the pot holes on I-97). I finished paying of the car loan two years ago. Since then I have had to replace/repair parts for about $12,000. Last time I was in I was told I need to replace the entire headlight assembly including the control module which was burnt because the LED had shorted. I was quoted about $6,700.00 to replace both headlight assemblies. If I do this I will have spent almost $19,000.00 in repairs on a 2019 BMW in less than two years. Again, it drives beautifully and the dealership service is great. But I am not exaggerating when I say it has been a huge disappointment when it comes to the cost of ownership. It is a money pit.

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. Just bought a Chevrolet SSR retro pick up in the used truck dept. Couldn't be more pleased with this dealership from the sales rep to the manager. After looking for the SSR for at least 2 years, this one definitely was best overall condition and the deal was the best. Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Jason Schaffer was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about the various models and trim packages found on all of the Silverado's we test drove and had a chance to look at. He was also easy to talk to and honest without any of the typical games most others play. Financing was great as well to find the option and warranties that worked best for my situation. I never felt pressured at any step of the way and enjoyed my experience.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.
