2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

2026 Mazda CX-30 review
So far the car is great. I do like the design of the CX30 more than the CX5, however, I love the full sunroof on the new CX5. I didn't think I would be able to get that in the CX30 but come to find out I could but I would miss out on the Bose speakers. I went for it and the standard speakers are good enough. They lack base is about it. As far as the shopping experience goes it was the best I ever experienced. I purchased the car from Hamilton Mazda in Hamilton NJ and the salesman was on point. Easy peezy. Mike Rees is the best salesman to date. I wasn't there all day, and he really worked with me. My credit isn't the best and the finance office did what they could to make it happen. Thank you for your professional services Mr. Rees and the Hamilton Mazda crew.

2026 GMC Canyon review
This purchase was a replacement for 2022 Honda Ridgeline. While the Canyon is much stronger when talking about the motor it lacks some the little extra details like cabin and tail gate storage. Came in to test drive two cars found on the internet, both were sold before I could get there. I was notified before I came about the the one car being sold and discovered the other was sold when I got there. I worked with Scott to explore what are the other options that were within my tight budget and still met my other criteria. Scott and his co-workers were very patient while I test drove multiple cars and was checking reviews of individual vehicles. I did ultimately purchase a used vehicle and no issues thus far in the 300 miles the car has been driven since the purchase. In the waiting area on the sales floor recommend adding multiple USB ports for charging devices, especially for those shopping with kids.

Great value. Good combination of performance and economy. Sometimes while first starting the conversion from battery to gas mode is very noticeable. Gas mileage should be around 36 for combined driving in the warm weather.

2026 Mazda CX-50 review
The CX-50 is a great car. The exterior and interior are sleek and luxurious, and it drives great. The combo leather/canvas seats are awesome, because you still get the look of leather without the sticky/sweaty feel. Responsive infotainment system and variety of control options (joystick, touch screen, steering wheel buttons) is nice. AWD works great for me in the mountains.

2026 BMW Z4 review
Following two Mazda Miatas and a MINI Roadster S, we chose the last year of the BMW z4 to continue our top down motoring experience. While certainly larger than our previous roadsters, it has superior engine performance and handling capabilities and a more premium interior and spectacular exterior appeal. We found the B46 4 cylinder engine plenty powerful and did not want/need the legend B58 6 cylinder's extra power, cost or insurance premium. The z4 sDrive 30i offers similar camaraderie as the Miatas and MINIs with both BMWCCA and ZSCCA group activities. With only our break-in miles, cannot speak to reliability but our other BMWs (x3 M40i and 230i) have been problem-free.
