She took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Her extensive knowledge and genuine care for her customers made the process smooth and stress-free. The repair work was completed quickly, and my car is running like new. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.
