Purchased a brand new Hyundai with Van Horn Fond Du Lac. Salesman kept me up to date with the ETA of my vehicle, very transparent with us and were never pushy. Will defiantly return.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

Needed a vehicle on short notice. Worked with Jim and he very accomodating and responsive. Any little glitch that would potentially arise was addressed immediately and resourcefully. His Mgr Dustin was very supportive along the process as well. Mariah who did the financing was very professional easy to work with. I had no experience with Hyunda which made me slightly nervous. However, their collective effort made the entire process efficient and seamless. I can honestly say (for the first time)would purchase from this dealer again.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

It was very refreshing to see a dealer that actually had a lot of inventory, although I didn’t buy anything from them at this time I will definitely be back for further purchases.

Recently I signed to purchase my 2020 Venue after leasing it for three years. The car has been exactly suited for me. I’ve had a few surgeries and the Venue is easy for me to get in and out of. The color is apple green. My church friends gifted me several Kermit the frogs since the color matches perfectly! My grade school kids love to see my Kermit’s on the dashboard when they come out for recess. Eric Vande Slunt has been the key person from the first signing of the lease to the recent buy out. The entire team of associates have been so helpful with getting my oil changes or any other appointments scheduled. The Van Horn team is gracious always quick to offer water, coffee or soda. We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

The sales team did a good job, Dan did a great job showing us vehicles and was knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find us a vehicle from another dealer after the car we selected was sold the same day. The unpleasant part was working with the finance guy, who overall seemed like a nice guy, but was unrelenting, almost obnoxious on pushing for the service contracts, after multiple "no's". My wife and I were being patient and considerate, but it did leave a bad taste, on what was a pretty positive experience. Ashley was also very helpful and prompt communicating and Justin was always proffesional. We would return, but not put up with the stuff outlined above.
