Found a certified 2018 Jetta that looked like new -- polished and clean down to the wheel wells and engine bay. Negotiation was friendly and professional. Came to a good agreement quickly. Trade in value was more than fair. The car drives like new. Overall, a great experience.

We went in to look at a specific used vehicle.That vehicle was actually being serviced. We did however drive 4 different makes of vehicles. We were not even looking at a Kia, however, we do have one in our sights now. Kia Pat was very patient while my husband and I worked out which vehicle would be best for our family. He was low key and answered all of our questions , we would recommend going to this dealership (Kia Pat) for a low pressure, buying experience.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Heather was very helpful and kept in contact. There were some bumps in the process because of parts not being available, other than that it was fine. They do need to get more courtesy cars for people to drive that belong to them so people don’t have to do through rental agencies and maybe wash the cars after the service or at least offer a was and a vacuum. I’m sure consumers would love that. Offer a showroom experience.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. Sammy also shared with me some details where I could save additional money that had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase. By taking my Bill of Sale to the Motor Vehicles, I could save $500. I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.
