I've bought 5 cars from duteau and they do the service for me. If I didn't like what they did there's plenty of options for me. I've never had a complaint that wasn't immediately addressed and corrected. For that matter, I've never been unhappy in 12 years of dealing with them.

after driving a first long trip in my forte Kia , I took it in for a service checkup, the experience was quick, complete, professional and very friendly. Best part was every thing was explained to me.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. I have gone to these mechanics from 1983 onward. They are the only people I will pay to repair my cars. They have done oil changes, axle changes, and engine changes for me and have earned my trust.

I would think to buy this car for your family for a people a making a work car and buying more cars than before than before than a BMW

Luke was incredibly knowledgeable of the cars that I was interested in. Very low pressure sales. He took the time to answer questions and make sure I well informed about the vehicles I was looking at. I told Chad what payment I was comfortable with and he worked his magic to get me there. The entire process from start to finish was pleasant and I didn't feel like I was dealing with the typical stereotype car salesman. I have and will continue to recommend Kia of Lincoln to friends and family.

This car is amazing! Fun? Yes! Practical? Yes! How often do you get both of those in the same car??? I’ll never drive an ICE car again.

Specifically, they didn't try to upsell me on anything, truly listened when asking what I was seeking, and made the car-buying process painless. I like how Larry started in the office and asked what I was specifically seeking, rather than waste time on the campus with a ton of inventory. This saved time, confusion, and headache. Highly recommend.

Edgar was great to work with purchasing my 2025 NX350. I had worked with him approximately a year earlier helping a friend purchase an NX also. Service staff is always nice (although I don’t spend a lot of time there), dealership is clean and everyone has been friendly.

Found what I was looking for and the car was just as good as it was described...maybe even better. They were fair with the price and easy to work with.

I love my new Subaru hybrid Crosstrek comfortable bigger screen, easy to manage everything right at your fingertips has plenty of zip and go. gas mileage is great. What's not to love?

Great service and vehicle inspections and repairs. There were issues that were unknown to me but are critical to the safety of daily driving. The technician was very thorough which helps me to be confident in the DuTeau customer service team.

Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

Over the years I've heard a great deal of the outstanding driving experience and fabulious features of the BMW cars. Now that I have purchased a 2026 M440X I understand their praise. The slogan " The Ultimate Driving Experience" is not just an advertising gimmick. I'm still learning the many, many cool features of my car even after the excellent tutorial by the Dealership and reading the manual. In short, I'm sold on Germain Engineered cars and am now part of the BMW family. Too bad US car manufacturers don't make this quality of car. My opinion, is that it the cost would be outside the reach of most Americans.

The moment I came to the store staff was warm and friendly. They were not pushy, but eager to find out what type of car needs we had. This is by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I will definetely be coming back to Twin Rivers.

I have always received the best personal service from DuTeau. It is also when I buy a vehicle that I have DuTeau service it. James Peiman and the entire group of service writers are always ready to hear my need for service and contact me with the necessary repairs and costs related to them. And a thank you to the shuttle drivers for the clean and comfortable transportation taking me to work and returning me the shop.

I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado LT about a month ago. I absolutely LOVE it. The ride is very comfortable and more like a car than a truck. I got the 2.7L Turbo engine and so the performance is impeccable. The 360 camera system is WONDERFUL. The auto brake has saved my bacon twice now and I LOVE that. At first was not crazy about the "Sunrise Orange" but have really grown to like it. There are a couple of things that are "inconvenient": 1) putting a trailer hitch on it is quite pricy ($600) because you have to remove the bumper to install it, it's a truck, fit it stock with a receiver, 2) the rear window is manual (maybe I got a lower model but can't really use it by myself. These are all minor to me and I would recommend it as highly as you can possibly recommend it.

BMW of Lincoln makes buying a car a very personal and enjoyable experience. I have worked with many BMW dealers across the nation and have never been treated this well. I am an out of state buyer however, would make BMW of Lincoln my personal dealer of choice. Everyone from the Sales Manager to Finance team were absolutely great to work with.
