Almost perfect buying experience. Only let down was unable to negotiate price over missing features that were advertised.

I have been working with this dealership since they just started operating there previous location on 25. I have always been treated with respect, and a generous proportion of urgency. The last vehicle I bought from them a 2019 Ford F-150 was actually after normal business hours, and everyone stayed over and haggled with me like and good buyer needs haha. I can promise I will be back for my next purchase!

The delivered the vehicle to Knoxville, TYS airport ready sparkling clean full Tank of gas and done! drove it home smooth! My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

I live several hours away and had lots of questions and concerns and Kevin accommodated my every need and request. He did everything possible to make this purchase happen and made it easy! The experience with this dealership was spot on. Very kind salesman (Mike Smith), and very much informed of the details of the car. He worked with me to get the price that I felt I could live with. Unfortunately, the sale didn’t happen due to a move of household goods that was needing attention and that took precedence. THANK YOU ……. for all the good that came from start to finish. My salesman was very nice and courteous. I would have liked for him to be more knowledgeable and have immediate answers to my inquiries about the car instead of having to find out from other co-workers or sources within the dealership. But overall, my experience has been a positive one and the service department has gone above and beyond to fix things on the vehicle.
