Purchased new 2025 Kia Telluride. Made appointment with Joseph Kelley a few days prior to and told him what I was interested in. The day I arrived, I was greeted by Joseph on time, no waiting. After a brief visit he had a Telluride all ready for us to test drive. Even though they didn’t have the color combination I wanted, they were able to find one at another dealer and brought it in. We LOVE our RDX!!!! We shopped for an RDX for a couple of months. We first stopped in to BH Acura & spoke with Emidio (Zach) Windle. He was very personable & extremely knowledgeable. He shared info that we didn?t even think of asking about. We decided to buy one last weekend. We found Zach & again, he was very knowledgeable & easy to deal with. G helped us in the financing department. He is very friendly; making the process very easy. Downside: KP offered us a rather low price for our very nice 2018 Honda CRV w/ Touring. We went ahead and accepted the offer as we didn?t want to mess with selling it ourselves, at the time. After the fact, I now wish we would have kept & sold ourselves. Once we got the car home, we were having (still having) issue accessing the settings; I contacted KP, he said he would have Zach contact us but he has yet to do so. Also, a cargo cover is not included in the purchase price. You would think that it would be as it was in our Honda CRV w/ Touring. We ordered one from Amazon; it fits perfectly!

2025 Kia Sportage Hybrid review
The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
