I'm so thankful to our salesman, Joe Grego, in helping my wife and I purchase a vehicle. We went in looking to purchase a new GMC Terrain, but it was above our budget. Joe made us feel comfortable and was patient with us in finding a 2023 Terrain in great condition and at our price point. I also want to thank the other Joe in the finance department. This was the first 'new' car purchase both me and my wife, so we had a bunch of questions. He was also patient and kind in answering all our questions. He helped us to be able to drive off in a beautiful vehicle that we could truly afford. Also, many thanks, to Joe Grego for capturing the moment by taking a picture of me and my wife in front of our 2023 GMC Terrain. He was thoughtful and respectful to ask our permission to post the picture on social media. We would not have that picture to look back on for memories of our first vehicle if not for him. My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

Mostly always a heart breaker! Have stated this many times before...to no avail! No initial person assigned to place a paper mat on your floor and collect your keys or move your vehicle to a unconscious location..no service rep to greet you with your request etc etc...

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

The staff was very Courteous and the oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the staff and their job performance.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

The service at Ray Brandt Toyota in Metairie has been amazing. I began doing business with Toyota in Metairie in 2011. At the time I was 28 and had been through more cars than I can count just out of boredom. So in 2011, I leased a 2011 Camry. I was shocked to know that for 2 years I wouldn't have to pay for oil changes and routine services on my car. My visits for service were nothing less of satisfactory. In 2013, I received a call from the dealership asking if I would be willing to trade in my car since I had less than 12,000 miles in almost 2 years. So I accepted and leased another Camry. Again service was great. Now to the really good part...recently I decided to trade my car in this time to purchase a 2016 pearl white Camry. My salesman was Jason Pastor. He spent the entire day making sure I found the right car. I kept apologizing to him for taking up his time since I couldn't decide on the car. I was torn between leasing and buying. Jason must have shown me 10 cars before I made my decision. At no point did he seem annoyed. He took his time and never pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable in. When I finally decided on the Pearl white Camry with black interior it was not in stock at the dealership but was available in MS. The next day my car was transported to the dealership in Metairie. I also told Jason I wanted the windows tinted, so once the car arrived Jason personally brought my car to the shop for tint. Days later I called Jason about LED's for my headlights. He made a call, had them ordered and a few days later I brought my car to Jason who then brought my car to have them installed while I waited at the dealership for only 30 minutes. Followed with a car wash. I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jason was amazing and I would recommend him and the entire staff at Ray Brandt to someone looking to purchase/lease.

Excellent care and knowledge of my vehicle. Our 4th Infinity Sedan. Service department is excellent. The warranty is outstanding. Tom Doyle is missed but hope he’s enjoying retirement.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

The Genesis GV70 we purchased new is delivering a on the promise of being an exceptional SUV. We have a GV80 and adding the GV70 to our corral has only deepened our appreciation for the Genesis brand. The GV70 is a great SUV and I look forward to driving it every day. Fit and finish are industry leading, and the driving comfort is exceptional. Handling are braking are superb. I have owned five Audis and our Genesis GV70 and GV80 deliver a better overall ownership experience. The Genesis brand has slightly different take on "luxury" than the Europeans, and I like it! If I needed another vehicle, I would go for another GV70. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Genesis GV70, or any other Genesis vehicle.

I decided on the 2026 Genesis GV80 after test driving a Cadillac Vistiq and Escalade IQ as well as a Lexus TX and found the comfort, quietness, and ride quality far netter in the Genesis. The only vehicle that came close to the GV80 was the Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Caligraphy which I was trading in.
