We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

We had a GREAT experience buying a used Mini Cooper Clubman recently. The car was even better in person than shown in the online pictures. Ryan was fantastic to work with and took care of us like family. He even waterproofed our temp tag so it wouldn't get wet or run in the rain. Financing was very straight-forward and up front about everything. We were in and out in a little over 2 hours and that was with the test drive and trade. We'd purchase there again, and that's the best compliment I could give!

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. 2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

I'm posting my review on multiple rating sites. This branch in Herrnstein in Waverly is wonderful. We had chosen a car via cars.com and decided to see this one. We drove 2 hours to get there, knowing that the truck listing might not be what we wanted Well the truck fit the bill, we set up financing easily, and we were on the road. Staff members stopped over to thank us for purchasing from the business. We highly recommend Hernnstein in Waverly. By the way, my review is legit. I did clip a photo of the listing.

Love how the Service Department takes care of my car! They are fast and make suggestions that really help me plan to prevent issues. The staff is courteous and helpful, always checking in on me while I wait in their comfortable lounge and they keep me in the know if something comes up. I have had great experiences each time I have gone over the last two years for service. I will know where to shop when it’s time for a new car!

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

My husband and I have purchased our last several cars from Vallery Ford. They are always friendly and helpful. I never feel pressured and they always treat us well! Highly recommended!
