2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. My electrical system died completely on a Monday night. Tuesday I had a jump from AAA and was told the lithium battery was dead. Wednesday I brought the car in for examination. I was sent an estimate noting I needed new tires and an alignment. When I asked about it on Thursday by text no reply. All day went by without a word. Finally another customer service agent told me by text that my agent was off on Thursday. This new agent said that they couldn't find anything wrong with the battery. Friday I asked again by text, no reply. Seems the texts kept going to another agent instead of mine. Mine finally responded on Saturday saying the messages were not going to him. Monday, after lots of diagnosis, nothing was found wrong with the battery. Meanwhile I wound up with new tires and an alignment which was not completed until mid morning Monday. In spite of the delays and missed communication, Donovan was great and extremely helpful. He did go out of his way to help me. Too bad the agents reply to text messages but don't respond to phone calls until much much later.

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!
