Purchasing a car can be a bit stressful but my Salesman James Guy is the best! He alleviated a lot of my concerns and made the whole process pleasant. Mr. Guy is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. So enjoying my 2024 Honda HRV.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Imperial. the salesman Gabriel Borrero was amazing. I told him my finance limit and he did not try to sell me a vehicle I could not afford. This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. Second Steingold purchase in less than 12 months. Unfortunately one of our other family vehicles (VW Passat) was totaled in recent accident. Although I was not initially shopping for another Volvo (because I already had one and like change) I decided to replace our totaled car with another Volvo from Steingold. Safety matters, especially with young, less experienced drivers. Everyone knows Volvo’s are one of the safest cars on the road. The thought of going through the car buying process again was something I was not looking forward to. One visit to another dealership confirmed what I already knew (and had already experienced first hand). Steingold is the easiest place to do business with and most professional car buying experience I have ever had. No BS. No games. Honest folks who pride themselves in old school customer satisfaction. You deal directly with the owners! No sales manger. No backroom deals. No ‘let me check’ while you wait around all afternoon. Straight answers and upfront, honest communication. Work with Brian, Michael or Steve. Buying a preowned car I asked for a few comestic things to be addressed. No problem. Everything was done beyond satisfaction. This was probably one of their least expensive cars on their lot. Didn’t matter, they treated me like I was buying the most expensive car in their inventory. I have purchased over 20 cars in last 35 years of all makes and models (Audi, Acura, BMW, Dodge, Ford, Infiniti, Honda, Lexus, Nissan, Toyota, VW, Volvo) from small dealerships to large auto groups. Trust me, I’m as fussy and demanding as they come. Steingold exceeds in all categories and is second to none!! Drive a Volvo. Buy it from Steingold.

Communication with Tasca was very timely and smooth. Negotiations were all conducted via email and ultimately purchased a truck. My salesman, Andrew Urbec was good to deal with. Prior to the sale, I'd arranged my own financing for much better terms than what I knew I'd get through the dealer or other local banks. Of course, Tasca's finance guy not too happen to learn I was a cash purchase customer. And no, I didn't want any of the extra xx "protection" packages like wheel & tire protection, etc. Sales Manager was ok to deal with, though personally not too impressed. Does the usual whining about how they're losing money on this and that the vehicle is sold as a loss leader. Yeah, ok buddy - I've been buying cars a loooooonnnnng time so I've heard it all. Don't worry - Tasca's getting it's pound of flesh back from manufacturer hold backs, manufacturer incentives, etc. Overall, my second purchase from Tasca (previous was a Jeep - much better experience from a personal interaction point of view). But meh - a car is a commodity. Just hoping this first-time Ford buyer will be satisfied.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. Was so pleased with Jacob’s professionalism and knowledge….would not hesitate to come back and see him, or recommend him. Great job, Jacob!!

I had a 2021 Camry and loved it. I got the 2026 refreshed Camry se with the 19 inch rims and blackout package in heavy metal color. I love it so far. But the price was alittle more than I’d like to have paid. My 21 was $28. This one $32k. But it is a hybrid and gets 45+ mpg and a few dealer upgrades so I guess it’s fine. Plus it’s a Toyota so it’ll last forever.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

My experience was great ,Jesse and associates were very professional. Had a contaminated gas situation which ruined the engine. They worked with the insurance company and located another engine and in reasonable time were able to complete the work. They took care of all paperwork with ins. Company without a hitch leaving claim open to any additional work if needed. Very great full, highly recommend Tasca GMC. Roy P
