This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW! This is beautiful and very functional. then when they hear wha the cost was and shown more of the features, they are so impressed they are asking for the dealer's name.

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. It started off as a great experience. My sales person Eve was wonderful, knowledgeable and patient. But can?t say the same for the sales manager. We did our research before arriving and good thing we did or we would have paid an extra $12,000 on the loan. Subaru had a year end finance special at .9%, but they were trying to pass off 8.9%. Once we mentioned it, they were like we left that page on the printer. Why even present the higher one in the first place. Other than that, we love the car and are happy. Just do your research!!

I come from a long line of Hondas and Toyotas but my new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy is the best driving vehicle I have purchased to date. My previous vehicle was a 2019 Toyota 4Runner and I can tell a very noticeable improvement in power (which really wasn’t even that important to me). It has the most beautiful, sleek, and innovative interior and drives and rides unbelievably smooth.

I highly recommend this dealership. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted, a Subaru Crosstrek. Chris Thom went above and beyond throughout the whole experience. He was knowledgeable, kind, very professional and has excellent communication. George Palmer and Charles Inman also ensured that whole process was smooth and easy. I worked with Manny and he was great. They initially didn?t have the exact truck I was searching for but found one locally and had it to the dealership just a few hours later. The dealer gave me 6% more for my trade than other dealers offered and made the buying process super easy.

Chris was super - friendly, helpful and informative. The car was done much more quickly than I expected. The only problem was that the electronic car wash coupon didn't work at the car wash.

I bought the Calligraphy Edition. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. The driver's seat has a massager for your back and seat. This feature is designed to keep your body comfortable during longer drives. The 3.5l engine is thirsty for short trips, but reasonable on the highway. My version has door cam feature where any one near the car will be recorded. I like the all down feature for the windows with a touch and hold of the unlock button. Nice when it's hot out, but not a useful feature in a high crime area. I have the 7 passenger arrangement of seats, and the middle and back row can electrically lay flat offering much room for your stuff. The front turning signal are big and segmented. When turning one the vehicle will cause them to flash on top to bottom while the center bar light is in motion providing a Knight Riderish effect. The environment has dual climate controls in the front and separate climate controls for your rear passengers comfort. I have a tow bar with connectivity for electrically controlled brake trailers at 5000lbs max or non braking trailers 1000 max. The infotainment system provides guidance. This is only available when not using android auto and apple play. Notifications though will show. I don't have a roof rack, but one can be bought at Hyundai dealerships. Finally, all the driver assistant features work as expected, i.e., keep lane assist, cruise control assistant, steering assistant, with HDA. The heads up display conveniently keeps you eyes on the road while providing important information. The infrared facial camera reminds you to keep your eyes one the road. And a notification to keep your hands on then wheel when the steering assistant is in use.

I wanted to commend the service department on their professionalism. I had Johnny take care in a recall for my Ford Transit Connect. They did an overall inspection and suggested a few services that should be done. He didn’t try to scare me to do them and did only the services I authorised after he took the time to explain how they perform the work. Upon picking up my vehicle Spencer who has helped me in the past was great in helping delivering my vehicle. I also want to thank Alex in Mobil Vehicle Service for setting up my oil change. With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I just bought a Ford Maverick. Been a long process, but Jacob, Camren, and Oscar did a great job of making it happen. Been trying to buy a Maverick since March.
