The salesman did not pressure me and met ALL of my needs. I was a little off on my payoff and that was no problem, they took care of it... juut like that. John was patient and the management team had his back. There was no back and forth with management, I requested something and he ok'ed it. There were never any let me call you backs or anything. Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

2026 Honda Civic review
I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

2026 Honda Ridgeline review
Ridgeline Black Edition, the top-of-the-line model, is a great light utility vehicle that also makes a great daily driver. As comfortable to drive as a car. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and has many outstanding safety features, which is why I bought it again after owning two. Next year is going to be a major upgrade. The current model does not have all the features of the Honda Pilot, which has the same engine. Upgraded stereo, heated and cooled seats, and a place to charge your phone without connecting with a cable. Electronics are somewhat confusing because they are layered. Really good view out the front and side. Only black interior. Locked trunk in bed. AC outlet in bed. Quick in acceleration, 0-60 in about six seconds if needed. Steering is somewhat heavy and not exactly as precise as my last model. Overall, this is my third, and I keep coming back because it works for me. AWD can tow 5000 lbs. The black edition comes in three colors: Black, White, and Sonic Gray Pearl, which I bought, and many have commented on. Would I buy again or wait till next year when a hybrid comes out? I needed the safety features now, and the first year of a new edition generally is not that reliable.

2026 Honda CR-V review
My third CRV, and sixth Honda! Very nice ride! I’ve had it for 3 weeks and 800 mile. If it’s anything like my 2015, with 202000 miles, I look forward to the durability! Honda has never disappointed me!

2025 Honda HR-V review
Love the car....I have 2 concerns. First, the driver's seat is not comfortable (this is my wife's car) ....the other seats are fine. This is weird. We have the all wheeled drive version. It loves gasoline !!! My Toyota Corolla gets 38-40 mpg with a smaller but peppier engine. This HR-V Gets between 25-28.....not sure why. HOWEVER. This car drives like a dream... VERY SMOOTH. Love the car !!!
