Team was very low pressure and kept me up to date on everything. Inspected and fixed several items in the truck before putting it up for sale.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

I am within 6 months of having to turn in my current lease. I leased my current Jeep where I lived in Ohio. My job relocated me to Michigan and I didn't have any idea where to go to talk about my options. I wasn't ready to lease yet, but needed information about what I needed to do when the time came to turn in my lease. I was expecting the high pressure sales pitch and instead, got a very laid back, understanding salesperson. The salesperson, Loren Glasscock, listened to me, understood that I wasn't buying at this time and said that when I was ready to come back in. In retrospect, I wasn't very cooperative and I think he picked that up when we began talking to each other. When he asked me for my identification, I told him that I wasn't at that point yet. I fully expected the conversation to go south but he said that he understood and would wait for me to get back with him. He told me that he was gone in February in case I wanted to come and see me but I said that I would wait until he returned. I have always been hesitant when buying a car because I don't like to be pressured but this was a totally different experience. I will be back to Champion, probably in March and lease my next car from them. To the Champion management, you are fortunate to have Loren as an employee. You are worth my 5 stars.

I just wanted to say that Joeseph z is by far my favorite salesman i have worked with!!!! He is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! My first experience with Champion was 6 months ago when I purchased a used Grand Cherokee Summit. I strongly sensed the entire team worked to make a fair deal for both myself and the dealership. I don't expect the vehicle to be "given" to me, but rather I expect honesty and openness and I felt that is what I received. I recently had a challenge with the vehicle and Service was INCREDIBLE in professionalism and responsiveness. Gabe in Service was outstanding and Kim as my salesperson/representative were so great in making me feel like a valued customer and working on my behalf that I have confidence in their support ...and have returned to Champion to purchase another vehicle, this time new, in the last week.

Great overall experience working with Zane in service, Alex and Scott in parts, and I was able to meet the technician, Travis, all of whom were very understanding and helpful in getting me back on the road

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

Zack and the team were absolutely amazing! They work with you and truly believe in finding the best vehicle for you and your checkbook! I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! Not my first rodeo with dealerships/leases/purchases, but by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend them as a first pick. If they don’t have it, they can get it! You wont be disappointed.

just bought my 2026 equinox, not to happy with the snow Ice mode vs having AWD , on thing I would change is getting the AWD that also has a off road package. I am also not happy with not being able to add roof racks after market. Do very much enjoy the added space unlike my 2018 equinox it is definitely bigger and more spacious. gas mileage is good . the interior is very nice and love the heated steering wheel as a standard now. overall I rate my 2026 a 4/5

I recently had to have the passenger side remote mirror replaced. The Service Representative, Brock, handled the details quickly and very efficiently. The part was delivered in a few days and installed in about an hour. I thought it would take longer but I was in and out quickly. Thankyou, Brock!

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

My wife and I live in Wisconsin, but Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte, Michigan had exactly the Corvette that we wanted. Although we were over 300 miles away, Drew, Cole, Simon, and Mike at Team One treated us as though we lived next door. A few days later we were driving home in our new car and couldn't be happier with the entire experience and transaction. Matt even recommended a great spot to stop for lunch on the way home! This is our third Equinox. A 2018,2022 and now 2026. The car is reliable and high tech. only complaint in 2026 the stereo is not the same as the Bose system. Outside of that we love the car.

Tested 5 cars. Equinox had the best ride and was the best value. The exterior was great and all of the interior updates was amazing. Toyota was close but equinox ride and extras were superior.
