Everything was great I brought a new car soul and had some recall work done, everything was explained to me all that I ask about in the service department was give full attention.

Zack and the team were absolutely amazing! They work with you and truly believe in finding the best vehicle for you and your checkbook! I love my new Traverse and all the features; which Zack took time to make sure I knew how to use and that everything was set up before letting driving off! Not my first rodeo with dealerships/leases/purchases, but by far the best experience I’ve had. I would recommend them as a first pick. If they don’t have it, they can get it! This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I am within 6 months of having to turn in my current lease. I leased my current Jeep where I lived in Ohio. My job relocated me to Michigan and I didn't have any idea where to go to talk about my options. I wasn't ready to lease yet, but needed information about what I needed to do when the time came to turn in my lease. I was expecting the high pressure sales pitch and instead, got a very laid back, understanding salesperson. The salesperson, Loren Glasscock, listened to me, understood that I wasn't buying at this time and said that when I was ready to come back in. In retrospect, I wasn't very cooperative and I think he picked that up when we began talking to each other. When he asked me for my identification, I told him that I wasn't at that point yet. I fully expected the conversation to go south but he said that he understood and would wait for me to get back with him. He told me that he was gone in February in case I wanted to come and see me but I said that I would wait until he returned. I have always been hesitant when buying a car because I don't like to be pressured but this was a totally different experience. I will be back to Champion, probably in March and lease my next car from them. To the Champion management, you are fortunate to have Loren as an employee. You are worth my 5 stars.

just bought my 2026 equinox, not to happy with the snow Ice mode vs having AWD , on thing I would change is getting the AWD that also has a off road package. I am also not happy with not being able to add roof racks after market. Do very much enjoy the added space unlike my 2018 equinox it is definitely bigger and more spacious. gas mileage is good . the interior is very nice and love the heated steering wheel as a standard now. overall I rate my 2026 a 4/5
