The service I had at Royal Cadillac was beyond what I expected. They made up for the mistakes that parts department made. Rather than have me drive all the way back to Tucson, which is an hour and a half from me, they brought the service man to me. Terry was wonderful. The experience with both the salesmens Martin Huerta and Hector Fimbres and Sales Manager Josu� Arenas, was excellent. This is the second vehicle I went thru the purchase process and they made it easy. Now, I definitely have to mention that the finance process and the waiting time to finally sign paperwork it?s ridiculous long. Besides that, everything else it?s great!

I have wonderful experience especially as a first time buyer. I first reached out late on a Friday evening. The first car I was interested in was not in inventory. Fausto and Aaron communicated me regularly throughout the week to let me know they were trying to locate the car I was interested in. By wed it became apparent they were not able to. I reached out to other Honda dealerships in Phoenix and had a hit. I communicated with this dealership in Phoenix for a couple of days. On the following Friday evening I reached back out to Aaron to see if he had a different model in inventory. Turned he did and offered me a better deal than the dealership in Phoenix.I decided to go back to Fausto and Aaron the next day on Saturday 15th of November. It was a pleasant, friendly and accommodation experience from the start. Aaron understood my situation and along with the dealership, worked with me to make the numbers work to get in a beautiful Honda Civic Sport Hybrid in sand dune. They were straightforward and seemed truly motivated to help me. I was able to test drive the two cars to help me make my decision. The process was smooth and fast. Meeting with the fiance rep Vincent was also very professional, transparent and enjoyable. Vincent understand how much this car meant to my life and really did a great job in closing down the deal and making things happen. This car is life changing for me. It allows me to get to my job, take car of my family and life. Vincent, Aaron and Fasuto did a fabulous job from first contact to driving out the lot. AutoNation Honda and these group of employees were the only dealer in Tucson/Phoenix that truly wanted to help me take my life to that next level. I even had a brief panic attack a couple of hours after purchase and Aaron, Fasuto and Vincent showed compassion and understanding which went a long way in making me feel better. Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I have dealt with Larry H. Miller Chrysler jeep Tucson, several times in the past. First time experience was very good. I bought a use car at that time. That My second experience, I bought a new car. The experience was good. But dealing with the service deptment was awful. They try to sell you things you do not need and are very pushy. But a couple of weeks ago, I did go back for the third time, to sell my jeep back to them. It was one of the nicest experience I had. They offer me a reasonable amount for my jeep. I told them that I was going to look for a use car from a private party. They did make some suggestions, about some of the use vehicles they had. They were not pushy, they were very nice, and explain everything to me. At that time, I explain why I was not happy with their service department. They explain things to me, about what happen, and basically said they understood how I felt, and do not blame me for the way I felt. I did decided to buy a use jeep there. The only reasons I did give them a second chance was because of the two sales person that help me. If it wasn't for Tommy Crawford and Nikkie Godstone, I would have not bought my jeep and would have walk way with only selling my jeep to them. Both Tommy and Nikkie were not pushy, or made me feel bad. They made great suggestions, and explain everything to me very clearly. When they did not know something, they did not give me a run around, they went right away to get a straight answer. If you can deal with Tommy or Nikkie or sales persons like them, Then I Highly recommend Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Tucson.

Like the Sales department the Service department is great, friendly and make you feel comfortable and satisfied with purchasing from GMC. My kids enjoy the waiting area, very comfortable and kid friendly.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Went in for oil change. Got in right away. Out within an hour. Customer Service was great. Facilities very clean. Overall was a great experience.
