There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I needed work done that my original Mazda dealer said he couldn't do. Cochran Mazda did it with no muss and no fuss. They are now my service department.

I have driven my 2025 Buick Enclave Sport Touring almost 9k miles and I am beyond happy with the car. The car is very smooth, comfortable, beautiful and economical. I do both city and freeway driving and so far, my MPG average is over 29 miles, getting about 580+ miles to a tank of gas! My 2025 Enclave drives so much better than the SUV I used to drive that had a V-6 engine and gets over 10 miles more per gallon of gas, on average. I have more than enough room when transporting family members and/or my (3) dogs. Everyone enjoys being a passenger in my Enclave.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Andrew Holt is very pleasant and friendly. He knows his jobs well. Very helpful. State inspection, oil changed and 3 other inspection for less than 3 hours. I always have a great service with Subaru BUTLER. AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Gregg was EXCEPTIONAL! We didnt know him prior to arriving at the dealership but as soon as we met him he made us comfortable and like we were old friends. He is very personable and non-pushy which is why we moved forward with our purchase. we are going to be referring allot of friends to him due to our experience.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Was only in for an inspection but receive a free update to my software everything was fast and easy. Every time I have a question they have the answer, all the people I have had contact with were nice and easy to talk too..

The service at this dealership is well above par. Everyone needs an honest garage with honest people to bring their vehicle to. Especially if your vehicle plays a large part in your daily routine. I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Dominic was very ate to my questions and listened to my needs. We live 3 hours away and he had everything ready on our arrival so that our wait time was minimal.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. I worked with Emily Berger and the entire Audi Pitt Team - great experience. I flew there from Philadelphia to but an S8 on a dnowy Presidents day. I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. They are pay off the #1 Cochran Group - the name didn't make sense until after my experience, but they certainly lived up to that name. Great experience and customer service!

This is our second purchase from #1 Cochran! We love the ease of shopping, the no hassle obligations to purchase any extras if not wanted. The staff are friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel like you are their only customer. They had a ll the paperwork ready when we arrived to sign. They even noticed a dirty spot on the windshield and took it back in to be cleaned. That may seem small, but it shows they notice details!

#1 Cochran CJDR is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with!! My sales, to post-sale follow-up and service, i have had nothing but 110% positive experiences with them. Just yesterday, my Wrangler was due for inspection, it was a brand new 2024 I purchased earlier this year, but had July inspection stickers. This is my third Hyundai Palisade in 4 years. I just love the car and every model change has been an pressive improvement. I have never had a car where everyone that has gotten into it has said WOW!
