I recently purchased a used vehicle and worked with Jed Hanlin. Excellent experience! The car is in perfect shape and was even detailed before I left! Jed is experienced, professional and kind, and made the whole experience a pleasure for my family. Overall this dealership and their staff exceeds expectations and I will highly recommend them!

Top notch service from everyone I dealt with. Jacob, Pauline, and Lucas. Not my local dealership as I live outside of the Spokane area, but the level of service and follow up from all involved in the transaction made the experience easy and hassle free. Will use them again in the future.
2026 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I had casually considered electric cars the last few years and this year took a hard look at electric options, specifically BMW i4 xdrive 40. I couldn't be more pleased with the "electrifing" power of the i4, which seems faster than my two previous M340s. BMW offers the advanatages of an electric vehicle with its trademark high performance and sporty handling. Every friend who has test drove my i4 has been VERY impressed.

George Gee Coeur d'Alene review
We've had our 2018 Subaru outback in twice for auto body repair. We were thrilled both times with the efficiency of the process, the speed of the service, and the quality of the repair. They are experts both in auto body repair, and dealing with insurance companies. This is the only place I would take my vehicle for auto body repair.

Lucas provided an outstanding experience throughout the vehicle purchase process. His attention to detail, authenticity, and professionalism were evident from start to finish. He conducted himself with integrity and care, and was a true gentleman in every interaction. In an era where many transactions feel impersonal and purely online, this experience stood out as genuinely human and thoughtful. I felt truly valued and well cared for as a customer. Lucas, his colleague, and the entire BMW team went above and beyond expectations by delivering the vehicle directly to my location, taking significant time away from their workday, and making me feel welcomed as part of the BMW family. I am sincerely grateful to Lucas and the BMW team for such an exceptional and memorable experience.

Findlay Lexus of Spokane review
Findlay- Lexus of Spokane was great experience. Irvin helped me with my purchase every step of the way. He explained to me my car needed service before I could drive it home. They had to wait for a part that took a few days longer than anticipated. I am glad Irvin, James, Noe, Aaron, and Kevin helped me with my acquisition. They are top notch professionals! They truly care about the customer's concerns. Thank you so much for your service! Respectfully, David Wood Coeur d'Alene, ID

eHybrid is amazing. Well designed, great performance. Ya gotta love the 60 electric miles on a charge. Tight steering BOOST power is very useful for passing or quick acceleration.

Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Post FallsReviews
Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Post Falls review
I had a fantastic experience at Findlay Ram in Post Falls, ID! I contacted them late Sunday while traveling through town, and they went completely out of their way to ensure I was taken care of even though it was the end of the workday. Sales rep Steve Richardson was highly professional and made the process stress-free, coordinating every detail and communicating clearly. Manager Matt Henninger ensured everything ran seamlessly despite the late hour, and you could easily sense the support he provided the team on a regular basis. Finance manager Sierra Cooper was efficient, thoughtful, and answered every question with grace. All three stayed late but never rushed me. Most importantly, there were absolutely no dealership games. My local dealer (Gresham Ram near Portland) completely wasted my time with games, and Dave Smith’s "best price" was $6,000 higher on the same MSRP truck after making me wait a week before responding to my inquiry and they instantly started the typical dealer games. Findlay is the new king of care, compassion, and communication in the Pacific Northwest. If you want a trustworthy, game-free deal, it is well worth the drive to Post Falls. Thank you, Steve, Matt, and Sierra!

Thank you for an awesome RX350 We look forward to many years of fun driving in the new 2022 RX350 from Larry Miller Lexus of Spokane
2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.
