My experience at Interstate Hyundai dealership was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and made my buying a new 2022 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy a joy!!! I received a great deal on my trade-in (2021 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy) so I am very happy!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

I originally went to get my 2015 Hyundai Tuscan serviced and I decided to go browsing to see what they had to offer. The staff were amazing and they answered all my questions. I decided to purchase the 2023 Hyundai Tuscan and I am in love with it.

The 2026 Palisades Calligraphy Hybrid is awesome, I loved my 2023 Palisades Calligraphy, but the Hybrid is far and away better from the increased horsepower, back to the 6 speed transmission and the outrageous MPG 600 plus to a tank, I drove the BMW X5 and X7, the MB, Porches, etc. could not find a $35,000 to $90,000 differences. For $60,000 and the 10/100,000 it cannot be beat.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I went to the dealer ship to purchase a vehicle not expecting to walk out with a brand new 2023. Notes are great and it didn't take a long process. Fred Bias did an excellent job getting me what I wanted. My salesman Robert Barber was also great. He made my process less stressful. I do not normally do reviews unless service is awesome or very very poor. So anyway if you are looking for a friendly, no pressure and willingness to please this is the dealership to visit. As most may say I can be hard to please as I know exactly what I am looking for what I will compromise on and what I will stand firm with when it comes to purchases especially vehicles. So I had been looking around for the vehicle I wanted (FYI I will be paying cash no financing) locally with no one wanting to work with me on price which I will not give on once I decided how much I want to spend so next I was thinking of going to Shrevport but wanted to visit Jim Taylor first which I am SO HAPPY that I did just that. Here is my experience from beginning to end with the most awsome salesman 'Dante Ferrand, Sr." greeting me upon arrival and listening to me as I told him what I was looking for in my new vehicle. So mind you it is extremely hot with Dante having to work outside to assist me along with my pickiness with the most pleasant attitude as we look at many vehicles then I found the one I wanted but someone was going to call that day to let the dealership know if they were still interested. Now, at first you would think that they should sell to the person there with the money but one of the reasons this place is so great is they actually said by their word literally. Well the next thing I know is that the manager Erik Etzel whom is another awesome staff member found me exactly what I wanted and sold it to me at an awesome price. So instead of dealing locally I will be back at Jim Taylor when I need to purchase another vehicle and referring them to everyone. Thank you Jim Taylor for caring about customer care along with quailty with out the huge pricing.

This is my second Hyundai Santa Cruz, and my positive experience with the platform led me to trade in my 2023 Santa Cruz for a 2026 Santa Cruz Limited in September 2025. The vehicle continues to distinguish itself as an exceptionally versatile and well-executed crossover truck, offering a strong balance of modern features, impressive power and towing capability, and cutting-edge technology. From bumper to bumper, the Santa Cruz feels thoughtfully engineered. The vehicle is highly intuitive to operate, with logically placed controls that are easy to find and use. The instrumentation is clear and legible, and the interior layout prioritizes comfort, accessibility, and overall driving enjoyment. Everything feels deliberate rather than overcomplicated. Styling remains a standout strength. Both the exterior and interior designs are modern, distinctive, and refined without sacrificing functionality. The interior, in particular, maximizes comfort and ride quality while avoiding the cluttered or overwhelming feel that can come with heavily tech-laden vehicles. My favorite interior feature is the single, large digital display that seamlessly integrates the instrument cluster and infotainment system. The presentation is clean, cohesive, and modern, enhancing usability rather than distracting from the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Santa Cruz Limited builds confidently on the strengths of earlier models and delivers a well-rounded, technology-forward package. That said, there is always room for improvement. A few changes could make future Santa Cruz models even better: Power-folding mirrors should be standard or at least offered on higher trims. This feature is long overdue, particularly for tight parking situations and automated car washes. Since the mirrors are already powered, this feels like a logical next step. Advanced safety systems should match or exceed those offered by Subaru. Beyond the obvious safety benefits, achieving parity would help ensure the insurance industry recognizes Hyundai’s systems in the same way, potentially extending comparable insurance discounts to Hyundai owners. All-weather floor mats need improved coverage in the driver’s footwell. Specifically, protection should extend higher along the left footrest area, behind the pedals, and further up the console side to better contain dirt, snow, and debris. Bring back the original Hyundai steering wheel logo. The current Morse-code “H” design feels out of place and awkward in an otherwise well-executed interior. Overall, the Santa Cruz remains a standout vehicle in its segment. With a few targeted refinements, it could easily set the benchmark.

I had a notification pop up on my vehicle stating that my oil level was low. I still showed I had 12% usage left, but called and took truck to dealership due to my husbands health issues and I didn't need my truck out of commission. It was 45 minutes before they closed and the Service Tech got me in and they did an emergency oil change to get me back on the road. I appreciate their help as I can't afford to be without my truck.

Love my new 2026 Hyundai Tucson with all the great safety features and driver assist warnings. The car is roomy and plenty of room for 5 adults. My favorite feature is the remote start, warming up my car in the winter.

The company I work for has Bought Several cars and trucks from Clayton the manager at this store and when he was at the G.M.C store in Monroe. He makes the process so easy. He totally takes care of the entire sales process. We will only by from a store where Clayton works. And I know a lot of other people that feel the same way. Thank You Clayton. If they have not given you one you need a raise in pay.

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

This 2026 Equinox has been great but I sure would have liked to have received an Owner's Manual with it. The dealer was not a good experience.

Impressed with the power! Mileage is averaging 19.6 for the first 500 miles. Haven’t had it on the highway yet, all in town driving. Lots of neat features for the info system and such.
