I had amazing service. The customer service from Andrew was amazing! He was respectful and got the job done! Very nice and humble man. He was friendly and made me feel welcomed. He was quick to provide updates to me and kept me in the know before they did any work. He was also cheerful and a had a great smile. We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

Came with my brother to look at a Durango - appreciated that the staff didn’t hover or pressure us.

Friendly Acura is the most honest dealer I know . All staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there couple days ago and bought my RDX Salesman Elle was veryyy pleasant and took time to explain details. I’ll always recommend that dealer!!!

This is my third Acura with the Middletown dealership and every time has been fabulous. Awesome customer service all around. I just had my first oil change on my latest car and it was quick and easy. Great lounge area as well to work out of while waiting.

The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

First visit was just “checking prices,” but I came back later and bought a Wrangler. No constant sales calls, and the paperwork was quick.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Megan Fitzpatrick was very helpful, made an effort to put my new warranty into the system. Informed me of the work that was done good job!

Steve was very courteous and professional. Tech very professional and kept vehicle clean, even in snowy weather. Love that everyone has a genuine smile and always friendly.

All repairs were done as they were explained to me. Cost of the repairs was actually cheaper than the estimate.

This vehicle is so beautiful, the space is perfect. The modifications in the car are amazing. The vehicle drives very smoothly, perfect to take on a road trip.
