Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

WHAT A STOP! I stopped in yo Germain Ford at the end of a trip to Marietta, because I was hearing a consistent noise coming from the engine. I had never used their services for anything before, but the nose was alarming. As soon as I went inside they treated me like they had know me all my life. One of the service managers was there on his day off helping out their team and asked if I had time to go for a ride to see if we could identify the source. Long and short, I’ll be back. I will also say that Ford service centers, at least the ones have been too, have been great to work with. I feel like Germain Ford went above and beyond. By the way they have a new performance shop that far above and beyond any I’ve seen. Also, I popped in on them late in the day to get an oil change, without an appointment of course, and it was not a problem and I love the Billing where they just send you an invoice on your phone and you can pay it pretty cool

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

Being hours away, I relied heavily on phone calls, texts, emails, and photos/videos, and Chad was responsive, clear, and patient every single time. The whole finance process was quick, painless, and transparent. One of the biggest surprises came after the deal was done. On my drive home, I realized I needed a second key (the truck only came with one) to reset the door code and for peace of mind. I reached out to Chad, figuring I’d be on my own since the paperwork was signed. To my shock, they offered to reimburse me for getting a replacement at a local dealer. I was floored, they didn’t have to do that, but they stood by their word 100%. I ordered the key, submitted the receipt, and they promptly sent me a check. That’s integrity you rarely see anymore! This was, without question, the best buying experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. No high-pressure tactics, no nonsense, just honest, professional people who genuinely care about doing things right. A huge thank you to Chad Wallace and the entire team at Lebanon Ford! This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality.
