Walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Ashlee who brought me back to discuss what I was looking for. After giving her my wants list she was pulled the perfect CX-90 off the lot! She made the buying process a breeze and was great with the follow ups.

We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

I went to Stevenson after being involved in a car accident in my previous vehicle. I was greeted quickly by one of the managers and he guided me to Madeline who helped me throughout the sales process. She was very helpful in showing me different options and trim levels of vehicles that I was looking at. I have not bought a car in over 12 years and was quite apprehensive and a little bit anxious about having to navigate such a big purchase. I'm so glad I discovered Stevenson Hendrick Honda, and, Will Stanley, as my advisor. I researched cars for quite a few months and once I felt ready, I started going to dealerships to see and test drive. Stevenson Hendrick was the 4th dealership I visited and Will was the 6th advisor. I can honestly say buying my new (used) car was a great experience. I recommend this dealership and specifically, Will, wholeheartedly. Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

Maintenance on vehicle was great but when the dealership cleaned the vehicle, the top was missed. The dealership always seems to try to sell something extra like a new tire or extra service.

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

I had an appointment for 1:00. Gloria had my car on its way at 1:05! They did what was needed ahead of time. They washed my car and I was on my way. Gloria was efficient and very polite.

Routine servicing performed in efficient manner. Facility is the latest design with visibility from the waiting room of the work area. Everything spanking clean and staff both friendly and helpful. Kept up to date on work progress. Could not be more pleased.

Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

I’m a three-year veteran of the Coastal Kia dealership, having leased a 2021 Sportage and purchased two older Kias for my son and daughter-in-law there. SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Ashlee my sales consultant was so genuine and helpful! She spent so much time with me and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I wasn’t thrilled with the dealership itself - they wouldn’t negotiate on used cars and there were some pricing things that I felt were deceptive throughout the process, but my sales consultant did everything she could to make the experience smooth and fair which was so appreciated! She even followed up after I purchased my car to make sure everything was going well and helped me set up all the tech. Thank you Ashlee!

Perfect size, great range, charge it at home, quiet, fast accelerating smooth ride, had the 2024 and jumped at the 2025 opportunity before the IRA goes away, I can definitely see myself in this vehicle easily for the next 10-15 years!!

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

The car looks great. We have enjoyed the feel of the car on the road and the ease of use of the controls and rear view camera.
