2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

2026 Kia Sportage review
2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

2026 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Overall pretty good, however it is undocumented if you turn off or adjust some of the safety setting it will cause light on dash to come on and make you think issue with system (ex collision if you change from default of alert and brake to alert only). I think this is an issue and should not light dash light to indicate an issue with the system because of alert settings.

2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

2026 Hyundai SANTA FE HEV review
Bought this new hybrid car a few weeks ago and going on first long distance drive, 2k miles, soon. So far we love this car. The looks and performance have been what we hoped for. Gas mileage is not max yet, but it is still breaking in. There are a lot of electronics to learn how to use and I read and watch YouTube for more info. Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.
