2026 Ford Mustang review
We have had the Mustang Ecoboost for sbout two weeks. We love the way the car looks (people staring all the time), we love the way the car handles and drives and it it is surprisingly fast. The torque comes on quick and at low RPM. We drive in SPORT mode all the time for very spirited driving. In TRACK mode it holds the rpms and is very fast. The cockpit is like a spaceship. We have an older GT but this cockpit is fantastic. Looking forward to tons of fun in this cincertible

From the very beginning, my advisor, Mark Skaggs, and Service Manager, Derick Rosa, treated both me and my car with genuine care. They reviewed every previous repair, communicated with Volkswagen and my warranty company, thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and most importantly, refused to rush the repairs. They continued testing my car until they were confident it was ready to be returned. Throughout this process, I never felt like just another repair order. Mark was patient, honest, reassuring, and truly went above and beyond. His professionalism, kindness, and persistence turned what had been months of frustration into an experience that restored my confidence. He even checked on me after the process was over, which speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. Derick and the entire team demonstrated professionalism and a real commitment to getting the job done correctly. I understand Mark is retiring at the end of this year. While I am truly happy for him, I hope his legacy of dedication, integrity, and genuine care for customers continues through the rest of the team. He has set a standard of customer service that is rare to find. My warranty ended up covering all repairs, and this team handled everything with the warranty company. When I finally picked up my Beetle, it honestly felt like I had just bought a new car. It drove beautifully, and after months of worry, I finally had complete peace of mind. I can?t thank Mark Skaggs, Derick Rosa, and the entire service department enough for their dedication, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
