Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

The salesman did not pressure me and met ALL of my needs. I was a little off on my payoff and that was no problem, they took care of it... juut like that. John was patient and the management team had his back. There was no back and forth with management, I requested something and he ok'ed it. There were never any let me call you backs or anything. This place will get my business again, no doubt. I ended up not buying that day because the vehicle I saw online was much bigger than I imagined when I got there to drive it. But he's working with me on finding something a little bit smaller.

Easiest car buying experience yet. They drove my truck to Houston, and it was just as beautiful in person, and drove my trade back to their location. The pictures are spot on. I was worried that buying a truck without driving it may be an issue but was assured that there was no obligation until it got here and O approved. Great experience.

Dash Williams and Josh Johnson are the best dealer team I have ever dealt with. They found rebates and discounts for me that fit the contract, and incorporated in to the sales price. Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance.
