Super helpful, will work with you to get what you can afford, and very nice to work with. Mike was wonderful! Highly recommend! I bought a great Lexus Hybrid did the paperwork online was super easy! The delivered the vehicle to Knoxville, TYS airport ready sparkling clean full Tank of gas and done! drove it home smooth! This is most likely the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I have bought many cars over the years.Amber and Mike truly know how to treat customers online and over the phone!

My husband always took his Jeep to this dealership for his oil changes ever since we moved here to TN in 2018. He just passed away and I had to bring his Jeep in for the oil change and I wasn’t too happy about having to wait so long, so I left. But after talking to the manager Joe Woody, he made things right. This place is much cheaper than Knoxville and Joe said he working on building better customer service!! So I trust his words!

I am a working, single momma with no time for hassle and fuss. Kevin Melton was my sales associate, and to say he went above and beyond to help me is an understatement!! I live several hours away and had lots of questions and concerns and Kevin accommodated my every need and request. He did everything possible to make this purchase happen and made it easy! Mark Calloway assisted me in the financing department, and he was equally helpful and made the purchase easy and quick. The experience with this dealership was spot on. Very kind salesman (Mike Smith), and very much informed of the details of the car. He worked with me to get the price that I felt I could live with. Unfortunately, the sale didn’t happen due to a move of household goods that was needing attention and that took precedence. THANK YOU ……. for all the good that came from start to finish. I have been working with this dealership since they just started operating there previous location on 25. I have always been treated with respect, and a generous proportion of urgency. The last vehicle I bought from them a 2019 Ford F-150 was actually after normal business hours, and everyone stayed over and haggled with me like and good buyer needs haha. I can promise I will be back for my next purchase!

My salesman was very nice and courteous. I would have liked for him to be more knowledgeable and have immediate answers to my inquiries about the car instead of having to find out from other co-workers or sources within the dealership. But overall, my experience has been a positive one and the service department has gone above and beyond to fix things on the vehicle.

I currently have a 2025 Ford Maverick truck that I purchased brand new off the lot in June 2025. It currently has 1735.0 miles on it, to date this truck has been an excellent vehicle in every respect. I am very pleased with the gas mileage I'm getting both in town and on the freeway. 23 city/ 34 hwy. IT does ride like a truck, because after all that's what it is. It handles very good both in town and on the highway. It's very roomy inside, for just the wife and myself. I am somewhat disappointed in the paint job, as it seems to get scratched and smudged pretty easy. Have to look it over every couple of days. I would gladly recommend the Maverick truck to anyone looking for a smaller truck, not want to tow or haul large loads. It has become my daily driver, and I'm able to leave my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder parked more or for longer road trips where the comfort is more desired. David Kiel
