Dealt with Tammie & Mike Williams in Sales. Both were professional, friendly, helpful & personable. Will most certainly refer others to this dealership without hesitation.
2026 Honda Ridgeline review
Ridgeline Black Edition, the top-of-the-line model, is a great light utility vehicle that also makes a great daily driver. As comfortable to drive as a car. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and has many outstanding safety features, which is why I bought it again after owning two. Next year is going to be a major upgrade. The current model does not have all the features of the Honda Pilot, which has the same engine. Upgraded stereo, heated and cooled seats, and a place to charge your phone without connecting with a cable. Electronics are somewhat confusing because they are layered. Really good view out the front and side. Only black interior. Locked trunk in bed. AC outlet in bed. Quick in acceleration, 0-60 in about six seconds if needed. Steering is somewhat heavy and not exactly as precise as my last model. Overall, this is my third, and I keep coming back because it works for me. AWD can tow 5000 lbs. The black edition comes in three colors: Black, White, and Sonic Gray Pearl, which I bought, and many have commented on. Would I buy again or wait till next year when a hybrid comes out? I needed the safety features now, and the first year of a new edition generally is not that reliable.

Cookeville HondaReviews
Cookeville Honda review
I have used Cookeville Honda for all my service needs since purchasing my vehicle from them in 2018. I’m extremely satisfied with their service department. I just had my timing belt replaced, oil change, and tire rotation. Again, they did a great job, and had my vehicle ready when promised. Their service department must have a great reputation because while there, I saw many different brands being pulled into the bay for service. I give them an A+! A shout out to Justina and Vicky for their kindness while I waited for my service to be completed!

2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

The service department was amazing and the two ladies who took care of me yesterday are really polite and good at their job but the guy I bought the truck from is a straight up liar just to get a sell I wouldn?t recommend him for my worst enemy

Nissan of Cookeville review
I purchased a 2026 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X from Nissan of Cookeville Tennessee and the expirence was Great! Lance McKees went above and beyond both online and in person he made the process so easy! He answered all my questions and always got back to me in a timely manner! We live in Ohio and drove 5 1/2 hrs to pick up the new truck, Lance had everything ready for us! Detailed and ready to go, we finished the paperwork with Layne and we were on our way! Thanks again for making our buying experience so easy.

Ok I have answered the aquestions. That's all I am saying. I don't have time for 25 words. You should remove this from the survey. I don't like this being required.
