I recently had my vehicle serviced at the Mercedes-Benz dealership, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! The highlight of my experience was working with Priscilla Flores in the repair department. Priscilla was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. She took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Her extensive knowledge and genuine care for her customers made the process smooth and stress-free. The repair work was completed quickly, and my car is running like new. The Mercedes Benz GLE 350 is by far the best luxury SUV we have ever owned. I truly can't praise it enough. I honestly didn't need to take it out on the road to be convinced, I was still in the parking lot and knew I wasn't leaving without this vehicle. The interior ambient lighting and the personal welcome message when I get in is 2 of my favorite features of this vehicle. Also love that we can program the seat adjustments too, no more having to adjust the seat back to where I need after my husband drives it, just hit a button and my seat is back on the position I need. And I have never drove anything that drives this smooth!!

Would not pick any other service team, I want to thank Angel for always going above and beyond. I don’t plan for on switching dealerships anytime soon.

We just purchased a 2023 Honda Odyssey Sport with around 9700 miles from Honda Certified of Clark Knapp Honda. Salesman John Garcia and his manager Bennie were very friendly and cooperative to anything I asked about. Originally the sales offer had a few extras added on, and I just said I wasn't interested. They said no problem and removed them, and gave me a better deal on my trade in than what was offered on the online searches. I also dealt with Christian Tostado in their finance department. Christian offered their extended warranty and in house financing, but I let him know that I already had financing through my credit union at a very good rate and the credit union also had really good price on warranties. The sale went very smoothly. My experience John, Bennie, and Christian was excellent and I recommend them and Clark Knapp Honda if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.
