I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. He is truly an asset to the business and sales team. No pressure and humble which is hard to find in that industry. I will recommend in the future, to contact him to fellow buyers.

I know how dealerships usually work, and how salesman are. But I went in knowing what I wanted. Hieu was amazing and I appreciate him making the process smooth and fast. 10/10 experience from him. Just some advice. Go in knowing what you want and figure out what the out the door price is, before you let them know if your financing/buying or have trade ins. This location seems very reasonable. Highly recommend.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

Austin is always absolutely fantastic. He takes the best care of me all the time. He’s an incredible man. I’ve known him for quite some time and I’ve been Working withBMW Northwest since 1980. Everybody should continue to working with them all the time.

I’ve never worked with a dealership that really cared and followed up the way Michael’s Subaru has. Quinton Adams made the sale so easy and John Larson gave me a full tour of the features and capabilities of my new 2026 Solterra. I was really impressed with his knowledge. In five+ decades of buying cars, I’ve never had an experience like this from a dealership that wants their customers to get the most from their vehicles. THANK YOU!

This is my first Subaru. So far I love it. We will be taking it on a 300+ mile trip this weekend and it will be the real test!

Only thing I didn't like was a.i. communication to even get a hold of dealership. Very personable front desk personnel. Thorough,efficient,nice. Parts dept extremely helpful. Service dept did everything asked with a smile and detailed workmanship. Very happy!

I usually wouldn't spend time reviewing a car dealership, but after 2 easy, seamless transactions, I felt that I should at least share my experience and give praise to those who deserve it. I bought 2 new cars in the span of 4 months, the 2nd one being out of necessity. Because the first transaction in June was so easy, I felt compelled to go back for my 2nd new car as well. Exceptional, especially since I, along with most others, dread the car buying experience. Randy was a no BS salesperson. I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I’ve had a 26 Passport Trailsport Elite for about 4 months and racked up about 10,000 miles on it. So far I’ve taken it off road, towed 1,000s of miles at max payload capacity, and just lived with it daily. This is a good all arounder for the adventure seeker. The performance I feel could be better but it’s no slouch and what it doesn’t have in acceleration it makes up for in room. If you’re looking for a practical daily that can keep up with your weekend adventures, the passport should be on your radar

I recently had our Honda CRV in for a routine Oil change. On-Line Scheduling was smooth and easy. I arrived early on the day of service and Toni, my service advisor greeted me and validated my service, and recommended a Tire Rotation. I authorized the work order and asked when the work would be completed. I went for a walk and returned to the dealership close to the appointed time and my vehicle was ready with a complimentary wash, I paid the bill and I was on my way. A very nice experience!
