I will only take my car to Hilton Head BMW for service. They are wonderful. Sent me a video of inspection and explained everything in detail about what they saw and what was needed. Did not try to sell me things that were not needed. Prices were reasonable also.

I have had several appts with my vehicle here, from routine oil changes to minor repairs. Staff is always VERY courteous and friendly. Service has been competed in the expected time specified. I would completely recommend.

Excellent Customer Service. Both Service Advisor and Mechanic were phenomenal in explaining Service and executing their duties. The only fault with this dealership is their facility. Their maintenance/Service facility does not look professional nor does it compare with its competitors in the area. If it were not for the amazing customer service I would never have had my new vehicle serviced there.

We just bought our first Mercedes, 2018 350 GLE. Lynn was our sales representative. I have know Lynn since the 7th grade, and our families are close with our kids all having known each other as well as young adults. It was like homecoming for us, and I was amazed at just how busy she was, and always treating all her customers as if they were family! That's a good feeling. Everyone we worked with at the Dealership, was just as kind, friendly, as Lynn. An awesome buying experience! Crystal helped me so much! I was afraid I needed new tire sensors as the icon would not go away and was giving false readings. She was wonderful. She reset my sensors! And showed me how to do myself. She has a wonderful personality and is do willing to help! The dealership is its people and we are lucky to have her!

I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

The car is a floating couch it’s so comfy! The tech is so cool and the big screen gets compliments all the time. Once you get use to its little quirks it’s an awesome car. I wish it charged a little quicker had better speakers and was a little more powerful but those three are fair trade offs for the value and comfort. Looks super cool too my nephew calls it a space car haha.. Good job Chevy!

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.
