I began looking for a 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid after Ford closed the order portal. I got on a list , in the event one became available , to get a call. I got the call at 1100 on 9 Mar. I got there about 1130 and was out the door by 1530! No pressure, no snafu’s of problems. Kristen the online sales person and Robert McKnight, have both stayed in contact since my first visit about three weeks before that. Since then, they continue to stay in touch and are following up on one small problem. So minor , I wouldn’t even have worried about it. My wife did though, so…. Great experience there and glad I got my Maverick. I feel sorry for the original customer who decided to not take possession of this one he ordered.

2026 Nissan Rogue review
I’ve only had my Rogue Platinum for three weeks so not much history, however, I am very pleased with my purchase so far. The comfort level is terrible, the ride is smooth. I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked if he could help and guided me to the service department. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!
