O'Brien Hyundai of NormalReviews
O'Brien Hyundai of Normal review
Overall fantastic experience at O'Brien. Juan Cervantes is a true professional in his craft. He was attentive, polite, and personable throughout the entire process. He did everything right to get us over the finish line without being pushy, even came in on his day off to keep us moving forward. Complete night and day experience compared to the indifference we were met with at the other dealership we were considering. Juan, Tyler, and the rest of the staff were all great to work with and I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks Juan!
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
When my RAV4 was destroyed in an accident, I found the Tucson to be a much better value than the new RAV4. All the latest technology at a reasonable price. Better warranty, and no subscription fees for connected services. Good, reliable, basic transportation.

O'Brien Hyundai of Normal review
Michelle was fantastic to work with while purchasing our Hyundai Kona! She was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about all the vehicle’s features.
2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Only have had it one month, just a couple negatives 1) Key fob very low quality, looks like a cheap plastic Easter egg. I have never had one this low quality. 2) The part that positions the seat belt buckle high or low is a “rubber band”, Never seen that. 3) The steering wheel should be a little wider on the top so you can view the screen/gages better. The ride is nice, Power is there when you want it.

2027 Kia Seltos review
This is a first drive review. I've been in automotive for nearly 40 years. I drive 30-40 vehicles of various makes and models every year. I cannot remember when I've been more pleasantly surprised by a vehicle. Smooth, quiet, refined, GREAT brakes. Fanstastic car worth a look!

Napleton's Auto Park Of UrbanaReviews
2026 Toyota Tundra review
I’ve basically only owned Toyota trucks with a few exceptions and I like this truck. It’s just so annoying to own. Now to give context I do have the baseline SR model 4 x 4 because I like to save money and also like to build my truck so I’ve added essentially a TRD suspension and 20 inch TRD wheels. It looks amazing. But here are my issues. Remote start is great, but there’s no way to keep it running once you enter the vehicle. This is ridiculous because the 2026 Tacoma does not have the so-called safety feature. It will continue to run as you get in the truck and leave. Come on Toyota that’s dumb. I do drive this truck around the farm a lot and the seatbelt signal is just such an annoyance! I drive mostly around town but definitely don’t have a heavy foot and I’m getting around 13.5 MPG, for a 2026 that is terrible. Why not just go back to the amazing 57 V8. This truck has a lag or delay from start and Toyota told me that there is no update to fix that although I believe there is. Along with that there is no tow/haul mode or power mode. I believe other Trim levels have an option for this, but this is ridiculous. It should be standard on every truck, especially if Toyota considers himself to be a real truck manufacturer. Of course zero problems and great reliability. Otherwise it’s great.

Napleton's Auto Park Of UrbanaReviews
Napleton's Auto Park Of Urbana review
Great experience with this dealership, trading in a vehicle and buying new. Sam Samet was very knowledgeable on the new Tundra I was looking at and pointed out all the features. The dealership offered me good trade in value and kept the ball rolling in a timely manner. The dealership was clean and nice to spend a few hours in. I will call Sam next time I need a car.

We had to replace a car which is never fun, but Michelle McCaskey helped us through the ordeal. We very much appreciated her kindness and knowledge.

2027 Dodge Durango review
Bought a 2027 Dodge Durango 392. All I can say is, Wow!! What a beast! And for $55k out the door, what a steal!! Not quite a second slower 0-60 and $40k cheaper than a Hellcat!! Love how it looks and drives. Zero complaints besides the cost of gas ;)

Andy Mohr ToyotaReviews
Andy Mohr Toyota review
On 8.6.25, I had my 2016 Toyota 4Runner (purchased new on 8.6.16 and now nine years ago driven with 362,500 miles on the odometer) serviced at Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon, Indiana. The service was outstanding. My advisor, Moussa Mahamane, and my technician, Matthew Allender, were very courteous, informative and professional during my service appointment. They were quite cognizant of my interest in keeping my 4Runner up to standard and ready for the road. I am a very satisfied customer!

Genesis of MinneapolisReviews
Genesis of Minneapolis review
Ethan was excellent showing us the car and explaining the features, unfortunately a smoker previously owned the vehicle and the smoke smell was a hard no. Ethan spoke to the sales manager and found out another low mileage vehicle equipped the same coming in shorty. Saw that vehicle today and purchased. Ethan was great as was Cassie the Finance person. Easy financing and paperwork completion. Highly recommend this dealership
