We saw a truck on Carfax we were interested in on a Sunday. We used their online customer service to let them know we were interested. We rec'd an email promptly Monday morning from Kelly Coleman. We made an offer over the phone based on what we could see of the vehicle pictures and reports. They countered with a fair offer and we made the 2 hour drive yesterday morning. She introduced us to the salesman Bob Amacher. He is exactly the kind of salesperson we like. No pressure, let us drive it as long as we liked, allowed us to inspect and talk about it by ourselves. Once we agreed we wanted to move forward, he got our paper work going, passed it off to the financial dept., then asked if we wanted any lunch? We declined at that point and waiting for our turn with the finance director, Nick Zdroik. Nick was fabulous to deal with, explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and got things going through our bank. He then offered us pizza that had been delivered, so we finally accepted the lunch offer as he finished our paperwork. The pizza was delicious and was a great way to end the experience, besides driving out with our Tundra. We would definitely come back and recommend them to all our friends!

Dealt with Adam Fuller at Brickners Jeep and had a very positive experience purchasing my new Jeep Trackhawk! While other greedy dealers were "trying" to charge $30K over sticker, Adam sold to me at MSRP which shows the true character of himself and the operators of this dealership. i recently had a 2023 for explorer it was a good truck never a problem but not a comfortable as the jeep grand Cherokee l front seating is amazing no issues at all i did my research and made sure i bought one with the German transmission its a good idea to check that only thing i can say on the down side seam to be a little under powered but i can live with it decent milage 20 around town.
