Bob Johnson Ford review
We have purchased vehicles from this location for years even before it was Bob Johnson, And always had our vehicle service there. Dev and Josh are great. They always take care of you and do what they can to try and get things covered by your warranty. my only issue is it sometimes can take a while to get your vehicle in, which is no fault of theirs. They just don’t have the room to hire more people.. But they don’t try and take you to the cleaners and they tell you the truth about stuff and if there’s a cheaper way to do something, they will let you know about it and give you the option.
2026 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
First time Ford and EV buyer. Trusted network of Ford dealers was my reason for this specific purchase. Vehicle is smooth and quick. Tesla Supercharger access is a welcome addition!

2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. The updated design feels both bold and refined, and the interior comfort is next-level — from the premium leather seats to the incredibly quiet cabin. On the road, the ride is smooth and confident. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power for highway driving and towing, while the suspension makes it easy to handle despite its size. The new tech features are also impressive — the large infotainment display, wireless connectivity, and advanced safety systems really elevate the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Suburban Premier feels like a true full-size luxury SUV that’s built for families, road trips, and anyone who appreciates comfort and performance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, space, and a touch of elegance in a powerful SUV.

We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I picked up the RS and I love it overall. There are just a few things I find annoying. First is there is no rear door exterior lock button like on my 2017 Cruze, it’s annoying to have to go to the front door and then to the rear door if I’m wanting to grab something. Second is the radio, my 2017 had 10 programmable stations and this only has 5, not to mention it seems to take forever to load the audio for sxm while it is instant on my older car. Third is the trunk wheel well, you are not even provided with a donut spare. I wanted to get a full size spare but the storage spot is too small and only a donut will fit. Fourth is how petty and cheap Chevrolet seems to have become, my owners manual is in a plastic ziplock bag, xxx is that? What happened to getting an organizer case to hold the manual and registration/insurance? I find that part to be pretty pathetic.

2026 Ford Maverick review
I purchased the Maverick Lariat Hybrid a little over a month ago. I have 1500 miles on it now. It has all the bells and whistles on it. I bought it not because of the price but because it was small and what I needed for my use and all the safety features included. I can pick up things for the house and yard and carry off the trash. It has sign recognition as well as speed adjustment. If I am going 55 and the speed goes down to 45 it will decrease my speed. It is a setting you can turn on or off. It also has true lane centering. Technically as long as you keep your hand on the steering wheel it is almost self driving. It is getting about 45 MPG now. I am told the longer you drive and get more miles the more the MPG will actually go up. I am really glad I purchased it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the truck. The dealer gave me the Ford support line on a couple of issues I had with the software and the support staff cleared up the issues. They stayed on the phone for over an hour correcting the software issue and the settings in the console. It has been a positive experience for me.

Each person I encountered was professional and polite. The video of car inspection was excellent, and I am grateful that proactive work I needed could be done. Also found warranty work and completed that. Very pleased. I could make my appointment online making it so easy.
2026 Chevrolet Colorado review
The driving compartment of the truck has plenty of leg, hip, shoulder, and elbow room. There is more than enough head room for my 06'00" frame. The ergonomics of the steering wheel, controls connected to the steering wheel, dashboard controls, controls in the door, and console controls are well engineered and ample enough for a person who wears size XXL gloves. I did not get electric controls for the seats, and wish I had. The manual seat controls leave a little to be desired. The backseat has plenty of leg and shoulder room as well. Operation of the doors is simple; they open and close easily. My 05'03" partner has to really stretch to get into my Trail Boss model. Performance of the truck is superb, with plenty of acceleration to pass when needed. The steering input is as neutral as I have ever experienced with no over- or under-steer. Ride comfort is excellent, front and back seats, with the suspension easily handling standard road bumps. Cornering is much nicer than I really expected from a vehicle of this length and height off the pavement. I don't tow anything, so can't address that aspect. If you're considering a mid-size truck, you would be well served to really examine a Colorado!

Even though I was car shopping at the end of the month (which unbeknownst to me was their busiest day), everyone associated with the sales team bent over backwards to help me get the specific car I wanted! I was there for 5 hours, but we were able to get all the paperwork and financing together so that I could drive my new car home that night!

Bob Johnson Ford review
Brought my wife’s expedition with 7k miles on it in for an oil leak from the front shock. Burdick ford told me it was condensation from the air conditioner (they’ll never see me again). I knew it was more than that, Bob Johnson ford service got me in the next day and called to confirm that the shock was leaking and they would need the vehicle over night (no big deal). Called me the next afternoon saying the truck was all set and also updated factory recalls while they had it.

I didn't purchase my F150, but I called Bob Johnson to see if they could do my recall work. No problem getting a timely appointment. Everything went well and work on truck was done in the time allotted. Walked in and picked up my receipt with keys and departed quickly. No problem or negative issues. Nice work. Thank you all involved.

2026 Honda Ridgeline review
Ridgeline Black Edition, the top-of-the-line model, is a great light utility vehicle that also makes a great daily driver. As comfortable to drive as a car. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and has many outstanding safety features, which is why I bought it again after owning two. Next year is going to be a major upgrade. The current model does not have all the features of the Honda Pilot, which has the same engine. Upgraded stereo, heated and cooled seats, and a place to charge your phone without connecting with a cable. Electronics are somewhat confusing because they are layered. Really good view out the front and side. Only black interior. Locked trunk in bed. AC outlet in bed. Quick in acceleration, 0-60 in about six seconds if needed. Steering is somewhat heavy and not exactly as precise as my last model. Overall, this is my third, and I keep coming back because it works for me. AWD can tow 5000 lbs. The black edition comes in three colors: Black, White, and Sonic Gray Pearl, which I bought, and many have commented on. Would I buy again or wait till next year when a hybrid comes out? I needed the safety features now, and the first year of a new edition generally is not that reliable.

This was our first visit to Reymore Chevrolet and felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in. The staff was very friendly and we didn’t feel pressured although we wound up buying that day because they gave us exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend them. John Zunic
2026 Chevrolet Colorado review
I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado LT about a month ago. I absolutely LOVE it. The ride is very comfortable and more like a car than a truck. I got the 2.7L Turbo engine and so the performance is impeccable. The 360 camera system is WONDERFUL. The auto brake has saved my bacon twice now and I LOVE that. At first was not crazy about the "Sunrise Orange" but have really grown to like it. There are a couple of things that are "inconvenient": 1) putting a trailer hitch on it is quite pricy ($600) because you have to remove the bumper to install it, it's a truck, fit it stock with a receiver, 2) the rear window is manual (maybe I got a lower model but can't really use it by myself. These are all minor to me and I would recommend it as highly as you can possibly recommend it.

West Herr Chevrolet of East Syracuse review
Steve S. was my salesman. I chose him because he assisted me 2 weeks before when I came in looking for the service dept even though it was his day off. I decided to just buy a new car instead of putting more money into the one I had. I knew exactly what I was looking for. He went over the options I wanted & brought the car right up to the door for me to look at. The paperwork process went smoothly and I had the car the next day.
