Took my 2023 Honda Odyssey in for its first service. Staff courteous and service was prompt. Have had several cars serviced at this excellent facility.

Great car. Love Honda. Interior is fantastic. Touring comes with a lot of useable features. Exteriors looks sharp, not a box. Pick a good dealer for service.

Very friendly, their turn around time was faster than expected with the suggested repair time. They have great customer service. We interacted with 4 different employees and every one of them were super kind. They also offered us a variety of complementary snacks and drinks. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had a 26 Passport Trailsport Elite for about 4 months and racked up about 10,000 miles on it. So far I’ve taken it off road, towed 1,000s of miles at max payload capacity, and just lived with it daily. This is a good all arounder for the adventure seeker. The performance I feel could be better but it’s no slouch and what it doesn’t have in acceleration it makes up for in room. If you’re looking for a practical daily that can keep up with your weekend adventures, the passport should be on your radar

I owned a 2015 Mercedes C 300 4Matic for approx. 7 years and loved it but wanted the driver assist features. I call all the Mercedes Benz dealers in Phoenix including the one I bought my 2015 from explaining I wanted that safety package which would have to be a newer vehicle. I didn't even specify a year. No one replied to my initial request. Then I called the Flagstaff Mercedes Dealer and Shayne, the salesperson who assisted me, was nice on the phone. They had a 2020 AMG model C300 4matic with the safety package that had only 2,100 miles on it and was amazing the all the AMG features. It was everything I wanted and more! We worked out a great deal which involved the manager, who was also very nice and polite! It's now in my driveway and I couldn't be happier. BTW, the put in a new 48 volt battery and made sure the car was in great condition, like new.

I have bought cars before in my life and I have added another level of customer experience with Kyle at Mercedes Flagstaff. From beginning to end he has been communicating with me in an upper level. I really enjoyed the experience and I felt special. Thank you Kyle!!!

Great riding car and easy to handle. Almost drives itself! This is my fifth E Class Mercedes, and they have all been reliable, safe cars. Lots of electronics in this one!

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

The sales staff was responsive, courteous, professional and very straight forward. They took time answering our questions and kept working with us as we considered several different cars and took time to make the decision. They were trustworthy and willing to negotiate, and were straightforward when they couldn't negotiate any further. They didn't try anything tricky. I look forward to going back to Findlay Honda for my next car purchase.

My third CRV, and sixth Honda! Very nice ride! I’ve had it for 3 weeks and 800 mile. If it’s anything like my 2015, with 202000 miles, I look forward to the durability! Honda has never disappointed me!

Test drove others cars similar size but this Honda civic was the only one that made us feel comfortable with everything and when I say everything means everything No more wondering

If you're not giving David Ventura level service, then you're missing the mark. David IS the standard. I'm on a 20,000 mile loop roadtrip in my Mercedes Van down from Alaska and started having issues with my Brakes. I stopped in with no appointment, told them my situation, and they immediately got me in. From the second I arrived, I was immediately greeted with kindness, attention and urgency from David Ventura. We sat down, ran through my issues while David asked important follow up questions and took detailed notes. During the inspection, David came to the waiting area and gave me multiple updates, time estimates, and ensured i was comfortable and in the loop. He brought the mechanic in to directly talk to me about what they were seeing. Upon wrapping things up, I came out to find my Van not only fixed, but freshly washed and parked directly outside the front door for me. I felt like Royalty for the first time in my life. (dirty van guy from Alaska) I left feeling important, heard, appreciated, and most importantly, they made me feel like a friend. The dreaded aura of service appointments was nowhere to be found in my mind. It was the best 5 star service experience i've ever had. Thank You, David Ventura. 5-Star Review: Toyota Flagstaff was absolutely amazing helping me get a new Tacoma! Kyle Confer went above and beyond he even came in on his day off to help me get my truck. The one I originally wanted was accidentally sold, but they more than made up for it by getting me an even better one. Kyle was tremendous in making sure I got a great deal and the perfect truck. I even got to take it off-roading before making my decision! The whole team was fast, attentive, and truly cared about my experience. I couldn’t be happier 5 stars all the way!

Hegon Reyes was helpful and patient when I was buying my vehicle. We looked thru trucks, cars and ultimately I returned to a Rav because that’s what I was most comfortable in. A few months later I contacted him again and told him I might be in the market for another AWD vehicle. He understood and kept in contact with me for about 3 weeks. The right vehicle came on the lot —- and they worked with me to do the paperwork over 2 days because I had to get back to work. The next day I retuned and completed the paperwork process and it took less than one hour. We left with a second reliable used vehicle. It was a great purchase

I love my new Prius. It is elegant in appearance, fun to drive, and easy to plug in and recharge. Since I began charging it I haven't used any gas. I love the safety features.
