PURCHASED OUR 4TH VEHICLE FROM RAMEY TAZEWELL. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT ATMOSPHERE, AND GREAT SERVICE.

The windows seem at times not to operate at all. Very annoying. Unsatisfactory. I will be calling again on the reason. At this time its the only issue.

Ramey TazewellReviews
Ramey Tazewell review
I purchased a 2010 Suburban at Ramey Tazewell. It didn't have leather but I was told they could have it installed. I picked out the colors (2 tone) and they took care of everything else. 3 days later I had it back and it looked great. I couldn't believe how fast and the quality of the work. The salesman (Charles McReynolds) and overall buying experience was better than I expected. Everyone was polite and informative. I would highly recommend Ramey Tazewell to anyone and Charles was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with.
2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
I recently purchased a 2026 Chevy Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The truck looks incredible, rides smoothly, and has all the power and capability I was looking for. If you’re considering a new truck, I highly recommend the 2026 Silverado LT Z71 Crew Cab Trail Boss.

Found my vehicle on cars.com. This dealership is great. Salesman was friendly, personable and helpful. I am about 5 hours from this dealer. Salesman was in contact with me constantly through the buying process and responded immediately to any text or message. We did everything over the phone and the selling point was that they met me halfway with the vehicle. It was a great buying experience

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I had a wonderful experience with my recent visit to Johnson City Nissan. I had the pleasure of working with a great Salesman Rick Damico. Rick was very helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all of my questions and he made the experience wonderful and exciting! The whole team was very friendly and professional, I was treated very well and grateful of feeling welcome, appreciated and the overall positive vibe of the dealership! Thank you Rick Damico for making my experience exceed my expectations!
2026 Nissan Pathfinder review
Too new to call it reliable. But comparing to the Honda, with its normally aspirated V6, we went with the Nissan. Honda is still putting VCM (Variable Cylinder Management) on their NA engines and I didn't want all that stuff with its history of issues. The Nissan is very, VERY comfortable. Stylish to our taste and very functional use of space. Great deals are available. We wanted dual power seats and surround view, so the only way to go was the Platinum edition. It makes decent power as a front-wheel drive system first. It's not winning any races, but it definitely gets out of its own way. We didn't buy it for future resale value because we intend to keep it. I hope Nissan keeps selling these NA V6's and avoids the hybrid only or turbo trap that everyone else seems to get hung up on. It loses a little for not having foglamps on their top trim and having to go to the top trim for a second power seat. You would do well to keep this one on your list if you NEED 3 row or just want a well sized and priced two row SUV with options. There's enough tech to keep you happy and reliable engine platform. The transmission is a ZF based design and we expect that with maintenance it is going to go for a long time. The only "bad thing" about this experience was that we had to leave our state to get a reasonable deal. At least we got a good road trip out of the purchase.

I had a fantastic five star experience! I highly recommend Johnson City Nissan. The sales person that worked with me was Rick Damico Whom came highly recommended from a colleague. It was a positive experience...Rick has many years of experience in the auto business and was very helpful and I felt at ease with him! It was the most pleasant experience that I've had in an automobile purchase. It's a nice environment to do business in and I recommend Rick and this Dealership to everyone!
2026 Nissan Armada review
I am a very tall person (6'8" tall) and I am overjoyed with my purchase of the 2026 Nissan Armada. The Armada has room to spare, and is very comfortable. I did some serious online review of this vehicle, and I am glad to say that all of my objectives were met when I purchased this vehicle. On the highway, my Armada gets almost 24 miles to the gallon, and that is unheard of with either the Tahoe or Yukon. I purchased the SL model, so I didn't get some of the high end features, but what I did get suits me just fine. I would not hesitate to others who are looking for a three row SUV to purchase this vehicle.

New Direct Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
New Direct Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
This dealership understands how to make a vehicle purchase a great customer experience. I was searching nationally for a specific model (2013 10th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon , Bright White with Red Leather Interior ) for my sons, which miraculously they had in stock. I contacted Jason (sales) and over the phone, in less then two hours negotiated a fair price and terms of delivery on this vehicle. Roxanne, Owner/ Financial Manager, was hands on in working with me on my behalf on the financial/ warranty side and made the transaction flawless. I highly respect dealerships that go the extra distance on an out of state purchase.
2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer

Exceptional experience. Customer service was great. They went above and beyond what was expected to help get our daughter into a new vehicle. Thanks again for the great service.

2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!
