What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

When I dealt with McGrath the first time it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. This time I was reluctant to come back. I met Braden and he asked if he could try to redeem McGrath from the experience I had before. I was skeptical but decided to give Braden a chance. Braden didn't disappoint and since I live 2 1/2 hours away from dealer he got to work found the pickup of my dreams. This man worked diligently that day and had a answer for me by the end of the day. When I showed up for the test drive he was courteous, honest, and answered everyone of my questions. He truly showed me that not all car buying experiences are bad. I've been to alot of dealers in my life and Braden outshines all the other salesmen I have dealt with in the past. They should all take lessons from this young man. We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

Had an oil change on 2 vehicles. Service was prompt and everything was explained on what needed to be done and what work was performed. I had a polite Tia looking oil leak that was investigated and was determined not to be an issue.

This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience. I worked with 2 salesman, Everett K and Dave J and both were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. . I also appreciate Jason and his skill with explaining things as I signed the paperwork. When I decided it was time for a new car I didn't even look anywhere else. This is the second car that I have bought and will continue to be a loyal customer.

We were looking for a specific vehicle and found one we liked on line at this dealership. We called the dealership and spoke with Dylan. He was very courteous and and answered all of our questions. We decided to take the 4 hour trip to look at the vehicle we were interested in. Even though we did not end up purchasing the vehicle we were treated with the greatest respect and kindness. The only reason we did not purchase the vehicle was due to the color. Internet did not have a true likeness of the color. Dylan tried very hard to find the exact vehicle we wanted but did not seem to be available due to the shortage of vehicles at the time of our search. Would definitely do business with Dylan in the future.

Have the SEL turbo. Once of my favorite cars so far! Drives more like a car than SUV with a solid and sporty feel. VW got everthing right here. It's a great value for the price. More upscale and not over done.

Enjoy the smooth ride, Tech features are amazing, Stock radio could use some more power, Performance for the 4 Cyl Turbo is great, no lag, Will spin the tires if needed easily, no problems up grades or mountain slopes, Design and style are top notch.

Service writers were friendly fast check in. Had a list of items needing attention. Some were addressed others not so much. Need to get back in.
