I went to check out a used Ford Edge that I was shopping for and I was greeted by the salesman in the lot. I told him I was looking at this car specifically and he did not try to push any other car on me. I test drove it and we went inside to see if we could make a deal. I did not get the usual hard sell or other tactics that some dealers use. The car was considerably discounted already as it was not the brand they sell new so I knew we could make a deal. The business manager was very professional and I was in and out with the car I wanted in a couple of hours. This impressed me, especially on a bust Black Friday sales event. The extra's that were provided are nice too. 1 year of free oil changes and lifetime car washes for the car.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

She was straightforward and amiable and was so helpful in walking me through every step in buying a vehicle. Robyn was never pushy, and I felt that my decisions were always respected throughout this whole process. This is something I really appreciated as a first-time car-owner. Had a great test drive in a Lincoln Nautilus. Marco was very knowledgeable about sales.

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

He was very supportive, have expert advice and assurance throughout my purchasing processes. He also calls periodically to enquire about how I'm enjoying my new car.

Not all car dealerships are alike. I had a horrible experience with a local dealership the week prior. The high pressure sales tactics and the games played drove me to seek another dealership that was awesome. Will by again from them.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

There was no need to haggle over pricing, they were upfront and fair in not only the cost of the vehicle I purchased but the trade in I had was priced more then fair. What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance.
