More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

I purchased a pre-owned Buick Encore a week ago. Francis was great to work with! This is the first dealership car I've bought in many, many years so I was riddled with anxiety that day. It really helped that he was so calming, friendly and professional. He even got in the car with me and showed me how the dashboard was laid out and all about the "infotainment" center. I cannot remember the name of the loan officer (Brian, maybe?) He explained everything about the loan process with Thompson and GM Financing. There's no reason for anyone to say "I wasn't told"! All documentation is placed on a USB drive and given to you for your personal records. Obviously, since I just purchased my car I cannot review the service department, but I will say they do send emails to make sure you're not experiencing any issues, and care/service reminders which I'm sure I will appreciate down the road. I highly recommend going to Thompson Buick!

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! It gets better than average gas mileage. The inline 6 twin turbo has all the power I need for towing and cruising. I bought it for room in the seats for traveling long distances. The info screen is large and easy to read.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

The sales and finance personnel are terrific. They put the entire sales and shipping package together in just a few days. The car arrived in showroom condition. I’m completely satisfied.

The maintenance service was timely and well done. I love that they send a video of the inspection and sends a copy to the customer. The Melissa, the advisor was accommodating and pleasant. Nice work! Thank you for your service!

So my wife Christine and I were looking for a specific used car for our 16 year old daughter Angelina’s first car! So the first thing I did was go on LeithCars.Com and lo and behold Leith Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Raleigh had the exact car we were looking for! I scheduled a test drive and communication was fantastic. When I arrived I met with Lasha my salesman and he was beyond fantastic.
