Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Madison review
I had a great experience working with Parker Rogalla. He kept me up to date with all the information about all of the particulars on the vehicles I was interested in. His follow up and follow through was great. Definitely someone I would work with again when it comes to buying a car.
2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L review
I have had a 2011, 2014 and 2022 Grand Cherokee prior to this 2025. All 3 were excellent and trouble free. This 2025 with 22,000 miles is the best one yet. Smooth, quiet and a pleasure to drive, especially on long trips.

Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside review
I used John Bridgman to buy a used Accord. The transaction was actually rather enjoyable. I was apprehensive buying from a dealer other than Honda but quickly realized that these people are fair to deal with. The dealer finance rep treated me good too. He explained the optional warranty and it makes a lot of sense to me so I am covered for the power train stuff until I hit 125,000 miles. That'll take me years. I endorse John.

Rosen Nissan of MadisonReviews
Rosen Nissan of Madison review
Me and my son walked into Rosen Nissan Madison around 3:15p on Fight Night Saturday after receiving a pre-approval letter in the mail. I was unsure about my likeliness of getting approved for a lease seeing that my credit situation wasn't the best. Kory Branton (Salesperson) was the first person that offered me help and I must say he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! After being denied consultation from another dealership earlier that day, my hopes were completely down but Kory changed that immediately! I have never in my lifetime seen an individual work so hard and efficient to make something happen with so much patience. Kory, along with the rest of the team (Ed [Finance Guy], Cory [Sales Manger]); could have easily turned us around at anytime and told us to come back but instead they were willing to stay an HOUR AFTER closing time in order to help us! We are so grateful that you all were willing to sacrifice your time and patience to assist us with our purchase! Words can not explain how much this means to us and how much this moment has helped our family here in Madison. My son was so impressed with you all's service that he no longer wishes to pursue Chevy & Jeep products. He wants to purchase a Nissan so that he could do business with you all again. Thank you all so much! P.S. Kory you are the absolute best sales person we have come across and with your work ethic you will make it so far in life beyond all of your expectations! Keep doing what you're doing!

2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Madison review
Sought out our salesman from a previous purchase, Mike Glowacki. Appreciate is non pressure attitude and is trustworthy. Both visits were great experiences. Would reccomend Russ Darrow to anyone.
2026 Jeep Cherokee review
So far, I really like this car. Only 2 things come to mind in the negative area. No heads-up display is offered and the warrantee could be longer. Other than that, it is a pleasure owning this car.

2025 Lexus RX 350h review
My wife has a 2020 Lexus RX450h and it has been a reliable transportation for the past 4 years. We saw the 2025 Lexus RX350h and we decided to get it too. Everything would have been perfect except for the 3 circular blemish on the paint on the left side of the hood as you face the car. We brought it back to the dealership but even their expert detailer could not fix the problem. The dealership did not offer any other solution. I just decided to bite the bullet on this one.

Smart Motors Toyota review
I bought a car and Jean helped me. He is very friendly and explained everything and very patient with me not speaking well English. Dana is great also. She understands my situation and tried her very best to help me get my new car. I want to say thank you for their help. I recommended few of my friends to go to them. And they are very happy and got what they wanted. Great services! I can never says thank you enough for both.
2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid review
It is a very smooth ride! Handles beautifully. Gas mileage a big improvement with the hybrid. We have the platinum version. I have driven two different Toyota Rav 4’s over the past 12 years, and enjoyed them also; however there is no comparison to the Highlander! It is just a great vehicle!

My expetience was positive from start to finish. From my salesmsn Chris to the manager John, i was treated with respect, and felt they genuinely cared about finding the right car for me.
2026 Toyota RAV4 review
I've now had the car for a month and 1,000 miles. As many have already stated, Toyota cheaped out on the interior (in fairness, I drive the poverty edition LE), lots of hard plastics, sharp corners and intruding fixtures. The good news is that it looks like the interior will wear forever. I do like the seats in the LE much better than any other trim level. Yes, they are basic cloth but are supportive, hold you firmly in turns and are easy to clean. Drive train wise, Toyota has nailed it again. Smart to go only hybrid or plug-in hybrid as this seems to be the future. 42MPG out of an SUV, even a compact one, is impressive while giving up nothing in the way of power or responsiveness. Having none of the connectivity issues cited for Android Auto so may be just lucky or an older phone - who knows. Touch screen is fairly easy to use and nice that the climate controls are always shown. Styling is such a subjective thing but I like it, even more once I swapped out the dark wheels for a more old-school silver set. Since $35,000 is considered "cheap" in today's world, you won't do any better in an SUV. I've also owned the new Camry and if you are a sedan person, it's an even better deal than the RAV4 and much more luxurious

Land Rover Peoria review
I just stopped in for fun to look at their inventory of XJL's, was really looking for a used one. Janet Reist, sales, assisted me, she was great. I ended up purchasing a new 2016 XJL. With Janet's knowledge of the car and the fair deal provided, I was sold on the spot. Great experience, highly recommend.
