Took in my 2017 Journey for an express oil change. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. Oil change was completed to my satisfaction. The refreshments were cookies, snacks, water and hot coffee. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with all kinds of reading material. The checkout/payment process was simple. I was walked to my vehicle and had a pleasant departure. This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

Seth Long is a stellar Sales Consultant. He’s the best I’ve ever encountered in my ‘car buying life’ … He was knowledgeable, personable, confident about Volvo cars, and a fine negotiator, in my opinion. I really feel comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service, everyone is friendly and since my husband used to work with our vehicles I didn't know a lot about servicing them. I have received the help I need and can go away feeling that my car is in top condition. I trust the service and know that I can ask all the questions I need to and get the answers I need. We did a lot of comparison between the F250 and other American made pick up models. In our opinion, the 2026 F250 platinum model offered the best value for our purposes. We are very pleased so far.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

I service my car at JIM Click Kia on Wetmore and I'm beyond satisfied with their service. They provide transportation to your home back and forward while my car is being service. also Luis Nunez atg#3519 was very attentive and professional in providing me the information I needed to service my car.

Very good car overall. I like the fact that this year (2026) Kia went more the truck feel and structure with the Sportage rather than the sedan feel and structure. I perceive more stability and comfort compared to the previous models. It feels more durable.

Greg was a wonderful person to work with. He knew the vehicle inside and out. He worked with me from the moment I got there tell the moment I drove away in my new car. I highly recommend him. He called me a couple of days later just to check if I had any questions. He is a pleasure to work with.

Great car for long distance and local transportation. It's equipped with the best infotainment system. The Kia connect app help you manage your car. It's running smoothly. This is so far the best car of the year.

I drive a Kia Niro EV. I had an inverter light issue on the dash and I needed two new tires. The dealership gave me a loaner so they could take the time to research the inverter issue. They resolved it with some reset and toping of fluids. And this was complimentary! That is what I call Great Service! I needed Michelin Champion tires, and they matched Discount Tire, and, no they actually come in less. So I am thrilled with the service. This is my second EV, and Jim Click is light years ahead of other dealers when it comes to EVs. Great Job! Thanks to Cody, Johnnie, and the entire team.

Great for local and long distance driving. Smooth handling not overly complicated infotainment system. Great gas mileage and pick up. Very comfortable interior just under my 2020 Honda CRV in looks and feel

First new car ever. 2025 Sportage PHEV - Am ex engineer/scientist. 31k miles in 4 mo time - I drive as Certified PEVO Pilot. Honest review: was worried as this is my first new car ever. Problem activating Kia connect required replacement of head unit. No stranger to dash work - expressed worry about noises on bramd new car. they did what they could to soothe my concerns, but we had to do what we had to do to proceed. as I suspected, noises on chip-sealed roads. Made complaint to Greg, my sales-dude, Cody got me scheduled and John tackled my issues. I got these guys names cuz I found them good folks, handled my drama/complains very well... and cant forget Victor - always listens to my dribble, never makes me feel like the ADHD dude I am. Well... that actually goes for all em cuz I think I've chatted the ears off almost everyone that works there already. im in at least once a month for oil changes, if not every 3 weeks, so for how annoying I can be and how often Im in there, they handle me pretty well, thats not a requirement, but derves mention. John in the back handles my vehicle like a true motorhead definitely loves his job and takes it seriously, so the work reflects that; Even made some fine adjustments to my allignement to account for the semi-permanent load-out of my car for my job, all this after I hit something that bent a strut on the NM-9. Which brings me to another mention about prices - I had both struts replaced, and the mounts to ensure consistency in repair symmetry (i've replaced no less than 5 front ends over the last two decades cuz of Tucson's canyon-like potholes, and continental-divide-like-cracks). The labor, parts, and (CUSTOM) allignment, along w the courtesy detail put the price at lower than expected for a dealer. I pinch pennies. Its why I got this car. For the responsiveness, offer to get me something from the vending machine while I waited, the nifty multi-product-coffee-machine in the break room I raided while i waited, offered a free uber to/from home (declined - no need), made the value good - I hate dealers, by default. Jim Click Kia havent given me a single reason yet, had to take a gulp before admitting that. Cheers!
