He was very welcoming, friendly, personable, and immediately made me feel that he had my best interest at heart, unlike other car salesman elsewhere. He never pressured me like I have been in the past car shopping. He walked me through the different options, and made the process very smoothly. I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado LT about a month ago. I absolutely LOVE it. The ride is very comfortable and more like a car than a truck. I got the 2.7L Turbo engine and so the performance is impeccable. The 360 camera system is WONDERFUL. The auto brake has saved my bacon twice now and I LOVE that. At first was not crazy about the "Sunrise Orange" but have really grown to like it. There are a couple of things that are "inconvenient": 1) putting a trailer hitch on it is quite pricy ($600) because you have to remove the bumper to install it, it's a truck, fit it stock with a receiver, 2) the rear window is manual (maybe I got a lower model but can't really use it by myself. These are all minor to me and I would recommend it as highly as you can possibly recommend it.

LOVE everything about this car except for one issue. The "take a break" feature is a PAIN IN THE xxx and can't be shut off as far as I've found out.

Let me start off saying I recently bought a Nissan Armada from Asheboro Nissan and my experience was great ! Don't put a lot of stock in dealer ratings . I did and it turned out the opposite was true . Asheboro didn't have the exact vehicle i was looking for but Faith and A. J. worked very hard to get it from other dealers that didn't want to give it up and wanted several thousand dollars more . They gave me a great price right off the bat and stuck with it . When I got the call from Faith saying they finally had it that made my day for sure ! I was treated fairly and friendly by everybody there and I say if you're interested in buying a vehicle I strongly recommend you give Faith and A. J. a chance to make your day !

Love the car. More than enough power Very good mileage, roomy and comfortable seats. My only problem is getting into Google maps for navigation. That's the reason for the four star for the interior.

I would like to give a shout out to Braxton. My wife and I have purchased several cars over the years, and I have to say this was overall, one of the best buying experiences we've ever had. Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

Lavon and Nate did a wonderful job! Everything was transparent and it took no longer than an hour and a half from start to finish. I drove over an hour to get there and it was worth the drive.

Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!

I want to first say that Victoria Davis is a wonderful person and a fantastic sales staff and really goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She would be 5+ stars easily. The only reason I gave this an overall rating of four stars is because I did believe that there were some cost of the vehicle that I went to look at that was not listed on the Internet before I made the trip over. I definitely understand that there are additional cost and it did say that, but I wasn’t expecting the amount that was added in when I got there. I admit that a lot of that may be my own naïveness and I haven’t purchased a lot of brand new cars before so I did not know what to expect but I would say to someone to ask for those additional amounts so that you could be prepared for that number before you make a trip over. That was really, my only drawback but again I think that could be my own naïveness there, but I do believe that Victoria was exceptional and treated us so kindly and well and we had a great experience with the finance staff so I do believe it’s a great dealership. I would recommend I would just caution others to ask about those additional amounts that are not advertised on a car on the Internet as I wish, I would’ve asked that myself. But I do want to end this by saying this is an exceptional place- thank you Victoria!

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

So i didn't get the car i really still want it i keep seeing it 😔😔 i can afford it but I never been without a job more than two years ....but 2 yrs ago I was hit by two vehicles on my job and hadn't worked since 😔 I'm wondering if I could put more money down could I possibly still get this car ....just a thought

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.
