I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

I have been buying cars for years and I will tell you there is no better dealerships in the world. Everything from phone calls to sales to the execution of the deal was the best experience I have ever ever had. The receptionists were wonderful. The were courteous and so caring. My sales experience was with Jose. Absolutely the best. I called and asked for an "out the door" price and when I got to the dealership, the price was exactly as he stated. There were no games, pressures or last minute switches. He totally help me with every aspect of pairing the phone and setting up UConnect. However, I am not technically versed and when I had a problem figuring out the Car Play settings. Mike from sales was present the next day and on the phone with me. He solved my problems and took care of everything very professionally and friendly . Finally, the site manager was superior. He offered expanded warranty coverage with no pressure and had all the paperwork work completed quickly and accurately with a smile. If you want to buy a car, this is the place to go. Their prices are honest and the staff is the best in class. Don't believe the pricing other dealerships who will state on the internet as being lower in price. I dealt with several and the reality was that the prices were not real when you went to get the "out of the door" price. Believe this dealership because they are just plain hones. I just cant say enough positive about this business.

I can’t say enough good things about buying a vehicle from this dealership. The sales people were all tied up, so I dealt directly with Leo and Frank who are managers. They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. Kyle Luedke made my first car purchase seamless and smooth, and made sure to provide me with little tidbits of information that would be helpful during the entire process. As it was my first car purchase, I had plenty of questions, and Kyle was able to walk me through each and every one, provided me with his own opinion on what he would do if roles were reversed, which as a buyer, is reassuring to hear. My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Amazing service, very considerate staff, helped us get done in a timely manner, understood our situation and did their absolute best. 😊
