I worked with Bram, the salesperson, who kept me informed every step of the way. He clearly laid out my best options, which helped me move quickly and secure the car I was looking for. I had the pleasure of working with Aaron, their finance manager, who went above and beyond by contacting my bank directly to ensure I was getting the best possible rate. He truly had my best interests in mind. What stood out most was how welcome and comfortable I felt throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure, just genuine support. That’s a rare quality in the car buying world, where many dealerships seem to look out only for themselves. Park Place is different—they look out for their customers. If I ever buy another car, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Park Place, even if it means flying there and driving 1,000 miles home. It’s absolutely worth it.

It was located at a different dealer and he had it delivered to Owatonna the next day to test drive. "Nailed it" Blue!!!

An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Purchase went smooth, no complaints. Bill D provided great service. He did a good job explaining the features of the vehicle.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Our salesman Preston was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new Chevy Trax very easy! He was also a pleasure to speak with as we had a lot in common. We had an equally pleasurable experience with the closer Dara (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The only criticism I have of this dealership is that they put a Harry Brown sticker on the back of the vehicle and it was EXTREMELY difficult to get off! It was actually 11 separate stickers. One for each letter. They shouldn’t be doing THAT at all! Putting that aside, I highly recommend this dealership!

Except for the engine stopping at a light (which you have to press a button each time you start the vehicle), the Passport is roomy, comfy, better gas mileage for around town driving at 21 than my 6 year old 4runner (which is a heavier vehicle). Still trying to get used to all the bells and whistles and how to program them to my choices. The drivers manual is cumbersome and full of all the child tether info which is good for many but n/a for me. This is a base RTL with trailer hitch model. Would prefer it had a rear window that rolled down on hatch. Loving the remote pulldown and opening of the hatch. Never bother with the foot kick opening. And it is a V6!!!!!

Had a great experiance with purchasing a Mazda CX-5. Payton, Brandon and James were awesome. Felt no pressure during the entire process. They were all very helpful and answered any question I had. We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

Overall, very good. Online information was correct. The sales representative was ready and ontime for the appointment. The vehicle was cleaned while the financing was getting approved.

We drove from Lacrosse, Wisconsin area and it was worth the drive. John M. Was very pleasant, easy to talk to and easy to work with. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles we test drove and helped us find the vehicle that was the best fit for us.

I am very happy with my purchase. I already owned a 2018 CX-5 and it never gave me any problems so I had no qualms about purchasing another Mazda. I went with the CX-50 Turbo Premium Plus for the horsepower and the extra perks (i.e. automatic folding mirrors, and I like that the side mirrors also turn down to see the curb when parking, front AND rear cameras, panoramic sun/moonroof, speed display in windshield, heated and ventilated cooling seats, and a 12-speaker Bose Stereo system). I love the extra power of the Turbocharged engine that my CX-5 doesn't have. The things I don't care for: 1) the retractable cargo cover (a $250 addl charge) doesn't attack to the lift (like my CX-5 does. It's much more convenient if it's attached so there's no pulling it out each time you need to put something in the trunk; 2) I don't like that I have to turn off the automatic shut off of the engine at stops and that I have to turn it off every time I get in the car. I'd like there to be an option to turn it off indefinitely unless and until I want to turn it on; 3) I would also love it if the driver and front passenger seats raised a bit higher. I'm not short but I would feel more comfortable if the seat height lifted another couple of inches. Overall, I really love my car. The steering is tight and the ride is more comfortable than I expected, and the inside of the cab is quiet and the stereo is premium. The seats are attractive with the light colored stitching to accent the seats. Because of all the features in my model, I got a lot of bang for my buck as opposed to a more expensive car costing $20K more for all the same features with Mazda reliability as well as more reasonable/affordable maintenance costs. I had a BMW several years ago and, once out of warranty, the maintenance is ridiculously costly. Additionally, the service department at the dealership where I purchased my car is top notch and the transparency for maintenance is appreciated! In the last 7 years of owning a Mazda, I have never had a bad experience.

I am a typical elder, very UNknowedgeable hybrid owner/driver, & Brad Dahl has gone above & beyond to help me maintain & understand my exceptionally excellent Honda hybrid magical road machine! Purchased a 2025 Honda pilot EXL it is so smooth. The 10 speed automatic works flawlessly if you’re in the market for a midsize SUV I highly recommend you take a look at the pilot.

I had a new valve stem replaced in the passenger rear tire. The repair did not take long.

The overall TKK Service Department’s latest performance proved initially to deliver an outstanding and flawless series of results, granted that the synthetic oil replacement has been so far tested on a very limited basis, no car break-in attempt happened yet either, etc. Anyway, the complete understanding and correct execution of all vehicle service aspects as requested was done impeccably; this included an antitheft software upgrade, oil change / tire rotation, new cabin filter, multi-point inspection, battery status check (new one needed in the fall), diamond windshield application / treatment, while the car was minimally detailed when received or at least appeared similar to great pristine condition. Now, the interpersonal behavioral exchanges were brief, sympathetic with the situation, and on point. Everyone greeted me, immediately acknowledged my presence throughout the dealership’s various public-access areas, and all in all I was completely delighted while waiting the time specified for the maintenance / improvements to take place. So, I sincerely want to congratulate everyone working (Jacob in particular) here that so diligently helped in the process, while I wish the best for a truly deserved great summer ahead to these great individuals.

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.
