Great car. I also have a 2018 with 100K plus miles that has had zero problems. Comfortable, good. fuel economy and can haul a lot of stuff.

The huge computer screen in the center counsel was slow and unresponsive during the cold weather months. Actually, the computer screen is the only issue with the truck.

This dealership team is the best. I had troubles with my car within a few miles from the dealership my transmission was going out (I’m 5 1/2 hours from home on Sat at 12:30 ) in town as my son is buying a car from a private party. The team at Graff is truly great, compassionate, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Alisha states they will wait for me and let’s Service Manger Tom Miller (Amazing) know I am coming… runs diagnostic and yes transmission troubles… I go outside to process and Tracy gives me a hug as I was crying and scared… Lon Keely also comes over and between them all I felt safe and in good hands within minutes… the staff was amazing and Tom Miller has been wonderful to explain what happened, what my car needs and feel at ease. This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

I bought my new dodge charger on the 1st of July had a wonderful experience with the purchase and got a great price on it. A few weeks later the check engine light came on and battery was dead. I gave them a call and they got my car into the service department right away. It turned out a rodent chewed some wires by the transmission. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me even though it wasn’t under the manufacture warranty. You couldn’t ask for any better service or more friendly employees at graff cdgr. I would highly recommend this dealership for a car purchase or any service work that you need Thank you all at Graff and whe I need service on any of my vehicles am going to purchase another vehicle I will be going there first. Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

I'm still learning my jeep but she drives with comfort and ease. It's huge on the inside and I love my sunroof. I couldn't have picked a better jeep for my needs after my total loss of my previous jeep due to a car accident.

Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.
