I've had consistently excellent experiences over the past seven years bringing my car to Herb Gordon Subaru, especially due to my Service Advisor Vitaliy Khlebnikov. He's been thorough and clear explaining needed repairs, and has taken me into the service bay to meet and talk with the technicians. Best of all his calm, professional approach and reliable communication have made my service visits the least stressful of any I've experienced. The technicians have all been excellent, and the ability to get timely appointments is major plus. And I very much appreciate the free loaner!

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

We just purchased a new Acura Integra from Yong Kim at Pohanka Acura. This is the second Acura we purchased from Yong because he goes out of his way to make it an A+ overall experience. We really enjoyed catching up with Yong since the previous Acura purchase a few years ago. Yong provides excellent communication, straightforward pricing and no pressure. We also had the pleasure of working with Shahbaz Butt in the finance department. It was a very efficient process. We highly recommend Pohanka Acura and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

My initial experience at the Safford Brown Kia Dealership was extremely disappointing.I had an appointment with Mark Tehrani concerning the purchase of 2015 Toyota Rav 4.Upon my arrival he acted in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner(the vehicle that I went there to purchase was already sold and was not even apologetic.Luckily for me one of the managers intervened and the day had a happy ending.Mark Tehrani is not suited for this position,I’ll never recommend anyone to do business with him.

Chris is a charming, respectful and very knowledgeable person, he will explain everything about the vehicle and will let you to make a decision, he is not pushing you but he will encourage you to make a right decision. I was looking for a used car that could tow my teardrop, but I couldn't find one that met all my specifications in Arizona. Brian, Kofi, Elvis and Linda's team of service advisors are simply the best in the business. I recently had my Porsche Cayenne in for a quick fluid service and everything was as expected. The transaction was transparent and Brian was upfront about what services were actually needed which was refreshing compared to my experience with other Porsche service centers across the DC/VA/MD region. Being treated fairly is a hard thing to come by these days as dealers are also a business too. What makes Silver Spring the de-facto dealer in the area is how they balance the needs of the customers. This is why they are literally the #1 dealer in the country (not surprising for those of us who have bought and serviced cars elsewhere prior to making Silver Spring our home). The management team runs a tight ship/shop there. 2 Cayennes, 1 Boxster, 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, no other dealer will ever touch my cars again.

My salesman, Luis, was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to fully understand what I wanted and how he could help me get it. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. I was very satisfied with the sales manager, Ahsan, and his part of the deal making process. Not to mention F&I was fast and simple. I would highly reccomend Criswell to anyone in the market for a vehicle by one of their brands.

Availability of appointments was excellent. Appointment was handled promptly. Everything was explained in detail & in language that was layman friendly. Work was completed promptly and competently. Would recommend without reservation.

I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.
