We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.

Went for oil change for my 2019 ram 1500. As usual went flawlessly and quickly. The lounge is comfortable and covid compliant. We drove 1 hour to Feldman Chevrolet on Saturday already having a bad experience trying to buy a car from another dealer the day before. So, we went in with low expectations simply hoping to make it a quick process so we could leave with a vehicle without the hassle. From the very moment we stepped foot inside the door, Marc whisked us to his desk apologizing for our previous bad experience. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the vehicle that we wanted AND that we had a good experience. We already knew the exact vehicle that we wanted and when they learned that they did not have it in stock at their dealership. They called every dealership in their fleet to find the one we wanted. When they couldn?t get it delivered that day they offered to deliver it directly to our home and wanted to ensure that we could get around for the weekend so they offered us a loaner car. Once we had everything settled Adam took care of our financing. He made the process easy (well as easy as buying a car can be). He explained everything we signed and ensured that we were well informed and navigated through the process with ease. We left actually excited about our new vehicle and not filled with dread as we had the day before. We are very thankful for Marc, Brandon, Adam and the entire Feldman Chevrolet crew.

Drives like by last one, a 2015. Only I went with high country 6.2 v8. Man, it has some horses! Many enhanced safety features a comparability with google, Apple car play and android. So much to learn! The expansive 17” menu system and the customizable DIC will probably take me a tank of gas just learning it. But it’s SO.MUCH.FUN!
