I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

I bought a 2026 Tiguan SE R-Line Black FWD on 12/06/25. After 2 big road trips and 2825 miles I’m averaging 29 mph and love the overall seat comfort, performance and feature set. This is my 5th VW/Audi, following an ‘87 Golf GT, ‘05 A4 Avant, ‘09 Passat and ‘12 Golf TDI 6m wagon. This generation Tiguan has recaptured a lot of the old VW magic: thoughtful design, higher-quality materials and smart packaging. It feels like it should cost more than it does! It drives more like a lifted wagon than an SUV/crossover.

My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

Basil Volkswagen offered me the best deal on my VW Tiguan than any other dealership. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. I would just say to be sure to test drive your brand new car before purchasing I love my new Tiguan although, it's my 3rd one. I will shop at Basil again for my next VW, hopefully, the Atlas Sport.

Have the SEL turbo. Once of my favorite cars so far! Drives more like a car than SUV with a solid and sporty feel. VW got everthing right here. It's a great value for the price. More upscale and not over done.

Orleans ford gave my wife such a great deal on her trade in she ended up purchasing a 2025 f250 roush. Loves everything from the good deal on the trade in, our sales person Richie and we have been buying trucks thru Orleans Ford for years and there service team is outstanding too, very little issues over the years but always in and out problem resolved. For some of the nicest trucks around and normally plenty of trucks to choose from.. New or used great place we'll be back again.

I recently purchased a late-model used car from Basil Toyota that I found while shopping online. I live in Rochester and liked the car enough to make the drive out to Lockport to check it out, along with my wife and mother-in-law. We were greeted by Rob Fraiser upon entering the showroom. Immediately, we were made to feel at home and at ease. He was straightforward and personable. I never felt any buying pressure, and he stressed that he wanted me to feel comfortable with the possible purchase. Questions were answered directly and honestly. When I inquired why this car was being offered with so little mileage, and the answer was in question, Rob immediately left to acquire an answer from his service manager. A test drive was set up, and not knowing the Lockport area, Rob suggested a route to take that would give me a 20-minute drive at different speeds and traffic situations to get 'a feel' of the car. A deposit was put down, and we met the following Saturday to complete the sale and take delivery. It was a very busy sales day for Basil. Even so, Rob made sure we were comfortable and informed during the waiting period to complete the purchase process. All questions and concerns were promptly and professionally answered. I left with my new ride and felt like I had connected with a genuine nice guy.

Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. I downsized from an Odyssey, and it's just the right size for this small 80-year-old woman. It's easy to get into, with the seat at the right height so I don't have to climb up or drop down. The only complaint I have as far as comfort goes is that there's no armrest attached to the driver's seat. I'm short, so when I raise the seat, my arm does not touch the center console, the intended arm rest. I love that they went back to the gear shift rather than buttons. As far as performance goes, I love it. It drives very smoothly and is very easy to drive, park, and U-turn. They improved the cruise control, which was uneven on the 2022 Odyssey, going up and down on hilly freeways. The paddles and the idle stop feature save fuel and brake pad wear. The dash display shows when gas is being used, and also when the battery is being charged while coasting. I'm very happy with this car.
