2025 Nissan Altima review
I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. Great buying experience...I purchased a used car from the Stockton CA location, they had a good inventory of cars to choose from and the Sales person Nick Sotelo was well informed and made the buying experience go very smooth, the whole process took about a hour and a half unlike the bigger car dealerships where it can take hours. Hertz certifies their cars and they offer the programs as other larger dealerships, I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a car and will return myself the next time I am in the market for a new car.

George Mihai has very friendly and kind from the start. Worked late night to help get photos to me and answered all my questions the entire way. Managers Miguel and Guillermo helped get me the most out of my finance goals. The finance manager Adriana I didn’t not expect to see until the very end. I spoke to at the beginning and she gave me the complete OTD price breakdown at the beginning which was the same when I arrived which was the same at the end. No hidden or surprise add ons or mark ups. They are all stand up individuals. Worked with 10-20 people in past few weeks at other deals, had bad experience with most of them. It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car. The rates are great and I can't wait to come back. Thank you Elijah Combs for making this journey worth wild.
2025 Nissan Altima review
Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
2025 Nissan Altima review
I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.
